This will be the largest gathering of North Carolina public transit professionals & leaders this year.

This year’s theme is “Telling Our Story.” Transit representatives from more than 100 rural, urban and regional systems from across the state will come together to train, learn, network and share our stories with community and business leaders; local, state and federal agencies; and the suppliers and vendors that serve the public transit industry. This is the most opportune time to exchange ideas, share successes, and brainstorm solutions to the challenges faced every day. We hope you will join us in telling your story!

Registration for the Expo is $625.00 for members and $850.00 for non-members, and includes the following: • Full conference registration for one (1) representative.

Each additional representative is $200; • One exhibitor space, which includes one (1) six-foot skirted

table with two (2) chairs, pipe and drape. Double spaces are available for an additional $425 for members and $650 for non-members, and

• Company/product included in conference materials.

Full conference registration includes access to all sessions, access to all meals and breaks, and one ticket to the Tuesday evening reception.

The conference general session room and the exhibit hall are adjacent to each other with no walls separating the two areas (see attached diagram). Exhibitors may be granted specific spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors will have first choice of display space.

Roadeo - June 10 - 12, 2016

Let the Roadeo begin!The 2016 Roadeo will include competition categories for 35-Foot Bus, LTV and Van. Each Association Member may register for any or all of these categories and may register any number of people for each vehicle category. Association Members may also register one (1) team for each vehicle category. A team consists of three (3) people, and each member must be identified by name during the registration process.

Awards will include a first, second, and third place individual finish in each of the three (3) vehicle categories; and a first, second, and third place team finish in each of the three (3) categories. In addition to the trophy awards, the first, second, and third place individual finishers in each of the three (3) vehicle categories will receive cash prizes of $500, $250 and $100, respectively!

For each competitor that is registered for the Roadeo, the Association Member is encouraged to also register one (1) judge. There is no cost to register a judge. Judges may be another employee, or they may be a family member or even friend of the individual competitor. Judges will be assigned to a vehicle category other than the one in which the individual is competing.

Judges may also be any member of the public who is interested in participating. Again, there is no cost to register as a judge. If, for some reason, it is not possible to register one (1) judge for every competitor registered, Association Members should contact the Executive Director at [email protected].
