Senior Technical Lead - PDIT Engineering January 2001 – Present Oracle, USA (previously JD Edwards/Peoplesoft)

Oracle Fusion Demonstration Project • Promoted to tech lead for Oracle Fusion demo releases in 2008. Software was being implemented with beta and released code, and short project time lines. Rose to the challenge of learning the software without classes and minimal support, releas-ing 10 demo versions. Excelled at self teaching myself both the Fusion architecture and application/technology relationship of the product. • Responsibilities included: running technical build projects for all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) demo re-leases, working with multiple groups to create integration demos, technical scripting for automation, debugging Java applica-tion issues, debugging Linux/windows networking and resources issues, working with development to create processes for upgrades and patching and automation of patches after demos are released into production. • Current responsibilities have expanded to include primary support resource for other groups working with Fusion, including Training organization and SaaS resources. I am also training a new team of four to support and build new Fusion ERP demos going forward.

“Shatter The Box” Demonstration Redesign Project • The original JDE demonstration solution had numerous problems with performance and support failures. Information tech-nologies had provided a multiple environment server farm, designed to support 100+ users per demo environment, when most demonstrations had no more than twenty users. • Addressing the issue required an independent project; redesigning the architecture to use smaller single box demos. This required knowledge of MS Windows, SQL, JDE CNC to design a new simplified design using a single server demonstration; one server per sales team. The redesign lowered costs, delivered a better demo solution to the sales force, and lowered support time and costs.

International Sales Training • Selected to lead technical training to the international JDE sales force, focused on the use of the newly redesigned sales demo systems. • Topics covered included access, technical setups for non technical sales members, and training on how to best use the sys-tem. • Created automated Mini CD for Sales force use; included documentation and procedures for non tech users.

Technical Trade show Presenter• Use strong communications skills to educate customers on new product features.

Advanced Technical Lead - World Wide Advanced Technologies January 1998 – January 2001 JD Edwards (JDE)

Advanced Technical troubleshooting • Primary job duties was to drive revenue by creating out of the box solutions for customers with specific technology issues. • Tiffany jewelry required tuning of their software/hardware to achieve a specific time goal on posting and other background processes, beat the required goal by 30%.• Create a standalone system, using tools in the OneWorld ERP software, for moving development code between multiple sites. This design was completed before the software was expanded to add this ability two years later.

Senior Technical Installer - Midwest region October 1994 – January 1998 JD Edwards (JDE)

Established JD Edwards Midwest installation Team• Original hire for the technical team that would install the JDE OneWorld ERP software. Contributed to hiring decisions for technical installers and client managers for the new team • Learned the software on my own, created training classes for the new hires. Duties expanded including training multiple Partner technical installers for use in JD Edwards and business partner accounts, while maintaining a 110%+ billing rate.

Delivering creative solutions enhanced with innovative and creative use of technical knowledge.
