**** O R D E R:

In the reference 1st read above, the ITE&C Department has stated that, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh suggested that the delegation comprising of Sri Abeeshta, Seethepalli, OSD to C.M., Andhra Pradesh, and Sri Karthikeya Misra, I.A.S., Director of Industries to visit Sanfransico, U.S.A., from 3.5.2015 to 12.5.2015 on Official purpose to explore the avenues for mutual cooperation between the State of Andhra Pradesh and the Major Corporate located in U.S.A.

2. Government hereby accord permission to Sri Abeeshta, Seethepalli, OSD to C.M., to visit Sanfransisco, U.S.A., from 3.5.2015 to 12.5.2015 (excluding travel time).

3. The dignitary is entitled for TA and DA during the above tour as per extant rules any, excess or shortfall owing to fluctuations in exchange rate of Indian Rupee shall be adjusted after the tour is over.

4. The above visit is for Official Purpose and the expenditure shall be borne by ITE&C Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh in consultation with Finance Department.
