The region should be the brand, not the association
Outsource and reinvigorate events
Work together (unify) with other wine and travel associations to maximize efforts Increase member and community communication and value
Become the central voice/entry point for Santa Barbara County wines

Mission Santa Barbara Wine (Wine Buyers Trip) in April with 27 wine buyers from around the country
SBC AVA maps sent out on request to media and trade
EDUCATION
Lunabean Annual 2 Day Marketing Workshop and monthly marketing webinars
Server Training and ABC Seminars with Sandra Brown ( SBC Sheriff’s Office) and Leslie Pond (ABC office)

Hosted Chris Sawyer during the Vintners Spring Weekend. He moderated the Saturday Seminar and attended the
