A Message from the Mayor

On behalf of the citizens of Vancouver, and my colleagues on City Council, I want to extend my warmest greetings to everyone attending the 22nd Annual Technology Impact Award Gala. The technology industry in Vancouver and British Columbia is important to the economic growth and development that shapes the future of our communities. We are proud that Vancouver is able to host the largest celebration of innovation, people and companies that are involved in technology in the province. Congratulations to everyone who has worked hard to set our local industry apart in the global sphere of technology. I also want to thank all of the individuals involved in organizing and planning this event for their dedication to the longest running technology awards program in BC. My sincere best wishes for continued success and I hope everyone in attendance has an enjoyable evening.
