I am the sole management person in California managing a takeover/transition. I manage all aspects of transportation, sales, service, growth, compliance, HR, purchasing, maintenance and productivity.

- Work in conjunction with sales reps to address customer needs both on an immediate basis as well as long term logistics

-Continually develop the voice of the depot in the company through the Core Values Action Committee

-Responsible for scheduling all the maintenance of the company vehicles

-Monitor driver safety and productivity both in live time and after shifts with computer software

-Use a self-developed format of documentation for accountability and discipline of employees
