I am the sole management person in California managing a takeover/transition. I manage all aspects of transportation, sales, service, growth, compliance, HR, purchasing, maintenance and productivity.
-Communicate with Directors in Portland to establish and meet my objectives with regard to productivity, cost, growth and training
-Recruit, hire and provide all training in safety and production on and off the road
-Develop employees for advancement as the company grows
-Maintain a “How to” manual for the next manager hired to run a satellite depot
