Lift LaddersMore and more municipalities are requiring safety ladders for every 50 feet of dock, but not just any

ladder will work in this harsh marine environment. Atlantic Aluminum & Marine Products fabricates

the highest quality dock and seawall ladders in the industry. Our ladders have been tested in-house

and on docks in the worst possible environments to give us ‘worst case scenarios’. This analysis

allows AA&MP to provide our customers with the safest dock ladders on the market.

Fixed LaddersFixed aluminum dock ladders are important fixtures for marine and non-marine structures and

are primarily used for access. Fixed means that the ladder is permanently attached to a structure.

These ladders are often covered by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and

ANSI (American National Standards Institute) standards. Marine applications include marinas,

commercial ports, municipal waterfronts, and residential docks and seawalls. Atlantic Aluminum

& Marine Products manufactures the highest quality aluminum access ladders in the marine

FloatStep® Original Dock LadderAtlantic Aluminum & Marine Products manufactures different models of aluminum dock ladders

for marinas and the marine construction industry and there are other styles available elsewhere.

can easily be adapted to other docks. Dock ladders have become an important safety feature for

marinas as they provide access to and from the water for either intentional or accidental swimmers.

refundable deposit is required for manufactured items and custom orders. Non-account sales are by check, cash or credit card.

Returned ChecksReturned checks will be assessed a fee plus any applicable bank charges in accordance with Florida Law F.S. 68.065.

DelinquencyInvoices not paid according to current terms will be charged a late fee until paid in full. Any account holder whose account is

sent for collection will be responsible for collection fees.

ReturnsItems will only be considered eligible for return if they are in re-saleable condition. All returns must be authorized by

management and the account may be charged with a restocking fee. Non-stocked items are non-returnable.

Shipping/Freight/DeliveryAll shipments are F.O.B. Freight and shipping cost can be added to the invoice and will be included in the total amount due.

Items that do not qualify for quoted freight rates and have a surcharge assessed will become the buyer’s responsibility.

Risk of LossThe customer is held responsible for inspecting any shipment prior to signing for it. Atlantic Aluminum and Marine Products

are not responsible for shipping loss or damage. Insurance can be purchased at buyer’s expense and request.

WarrantiesWarranties for products not manufactured by Atlantic Aluminum and Marine Products will be the original manufacturer’s

warranty extended to the end user. Warranties for products manufactured by Atlantic Aluminum and Marine Products will vary
