Concept of 2015 Meet TaipeiEntrepreneur will not give up facing the troubles in any way when they confront the limited

resources. They will work towards the infinite dreams, break through limits, and create

possibilities.

2015 MeetTaipei sets a three-day “Innovation & Entrepreneurship Carnival ”as goal, hopes

startup communities from all over the world could understand Taiwan spirit of entrepreneurship.

Therefore, in order to shape the international prestige and ambition as the Asian startup hub in

Taiwan, we connect start-up teams and investors all over the world to show the energy and

capacity of Taiwan on entrepreneurship to the society, and use the“Infinity”as the visual

symbol and “Carnival”as the theme of curation this year.

The Carnival is not only a matching resources for the start-up team but also a stage of creativity.

Meet Taipei is named after “Meet”, a platform for start-up running by Business Media since 2011. We have

weekly interviews with start-ups, monthly gathering, annual conference and annual pitch “Neo Star Demo

Show”. So far we have interviewed more than 650 start-up teams, host more than 55 events big or small,

attracted more than 8,000 participants. And our Facebook fanpage “Meet Startup” has more than 100,000

fans following, and we also have a news website and an app to interact with the community.

Last year, we extended the Neo Star Demo show to a larger scale which formed “Meet Taipei” and had 5,000

persons came to join. Where we showed the energy and capacity of Taiwan on Entrepreneurship to the society

in two days . The Carnival is not only a matching resources for the start-up team but also a creativity stage.
