AutistiTIR operates in Bucharest through Arena Consulting SRL and in Ruse,

Bulgaria through AGB Eood. We have been working as consultants in the

transportation business since 2009 and we have assisted more than 50 international

companies with different interventions aimed at reducing the cost of their truck

drivers

In both countries, our companies are authorized by the respective Ministries of

Labour to offer both staff recruitment and staff leasing services.

LEASING OF TRUCK DRIVERS

The EU integration allows people to settle and work in

different countries and allows companies to provide

their services “cross-border” to clients based anywhere

in the EU.

These two principles allow staff leasing companies like us, based in a EU country, to

hire people with their own local contract and to lease them for temporary work

missions to clients based in another country.

In the specific case of truck drivers, these can be used also for domestic transport

(thus bypassing the cabotage limitations) since, unlike a contractor, we (the

Romanian/ Bulgarian company) have no responsibility over the transportation of the

goods. What we contractually do is take on the legal responsibility on your driver’s

work contract (we act as a PEO - Professional Employer Organization) but the CMR

(and the truck) remains under your company’s name.

SETUP OR TAKEOVER OF A ROMANIAN/ BULGARIAN TRANSPORT

COMPANY

Nowadays a Romanian/ Bulgarian transport company

with a European transport licence can work all

throughout Europe.

By using a Romanian/ Bulgarian company, you maximize

the saving on the cost of enterprise of the drivers,

because you are not bound to offer a remuneration

equivalent to that of your home country. In this situation,

however, there still are different limitations (in different

countries) for domestic transport (cabotage).

The administrative process for obtaining a European licence in Romania/ Bulgaria is

much simpler than in most Western European countries. We can provide you with

an office, with a rented, locally registered truck, with a garage and a contract with

an authorized mechanic we can supply the person with professional competences,

and we can offer you accounting, payrolling and even administration of your

company

Since obtaining a transport license may take a month in Bulgaria and three/four

months in Romania,– if the conditions are favourable – we may suggest you to take

over an existing company, thus being able to start working straight away.
