DNM Series
Building on the history of the well proven and successful DNM and DNM ll series, the new version DNM series boasts even greater reliability and performance. In addition,the new series includes grease lubrication to the roller guide ways for more environmental-friendliness. The design concepts of the DNM 4500, DNM 5700 and DNM 6700 are high speed,high rigidity and suitability for universal applications. Standard features are the largest machining space in its class, direct coupled spindle, roller-guide ways and thermal error compensation to provide optimum precision.
Grease lubrication for all axes is a standard.

Wire storagePlease note:
1. Always store spools in their original packaging ina dry area
The spools are packed in shock, dust and oxidation-proof material to protect the wire from shipping damageand contamination. The wire should be stored in the ori-ginal packaging until ready for use. This will ensure thehighest quality for your EDM applications.
2. Used spools handling procedures
It is very important to properly secure the loose end of the wire on partially used spools. This will prevent the wire from shifting on the spool and becoming tangled.Improper handling and storage techniques can causeunwinding problems and unnecessary wire breakage.Figures 1 and 2 show two correct ways to secure theloose end of the wire.
Figures 3 and 4 show incorrect ways and should de�ni-tely be avoided. Partially used spools should be storedin their original packaging material when not in use. Thiswill minimize contamination and shifting of the wire onthe spool.
Proper handling of partially used spools:
