Groesbeck Flex Route ServiceWhat is the Groesbeck Flex Route Service?The Groesbeck Flex Route Service provides bus service in the Groesbeck corridor. This �ex servicegets you to work, medical appointments, local restaurants and shopping and connects you to otherSMART Fixed Routes.

Where do I board and deboard?• Groesbeck Flex Route has scheduled times at designated bus stops. The times and locations are listed below.• Pick-up locations other than the designated bus stops must be reserved through Customer Service, not the bus driver. See How do I reserve a trip? below for details.• Once you board the bus, inform the bus driver of your drop-o� destination.

How do I reserve trips for locations other than the designated bus stops?• Call (866) 962-5515 and press “1” for Connector, followed by “4” for Same Day Service, then “3” for Groesbeck Flex Route Service.• Be sure to call at least 30 minutes in advance for service at locations other than the designated bus stops within the service area.• Please be ready. The bus driver will only wait one minute.
