In 2008, seeing where the market was headed, PRN launched its proprietary managed services cloud bundle. The company now offers managed and cloud services, network infrastructure, hardware/software procurement, telecom, VoIP, cabling, help desk and project management.

PLEASE DESCRIBE YOUR BUSINESS MODEL. Our cloud managed services business is called Intuition. With Intuition we become either the full IT department for a business or we augment their IT department and provide services they cannot or wish not to fulfill such as procurement, project management/deployment, help desk, infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, telecom management, etc. Intuition bundles
cloud services with our expertise and consulting services.
WHY IS YOUR BUSINESS MODEL INNOVATIVE AND WHAT MAKES IT DISTINCTIVE IN THE MARKET? Intuition is flexible, scalable and adaptable for both our firm and our customers. We choose the best products from proven and leading technology providers and we are continually vetting new solutions to upgrade existing or add new. For example we recently upgraded our cloud endpoint security solution with a better vendor solution. We have also done the same with RMM (remote monitoring) and cloud storage. We also are able to add new solutions as they come avail-able such as business continuity, cloud servers and virtual desktops. We always are looking for the best solutions providing the most innovative technology yet still show value to our customers. We also launched a full telecom division at the same time to offer full bandwidth/circuit services, hosted and on-premises VoIP, cabling services and more. We are the outsourced CIO for a business.
