eBilling & Analysis (eBA) is a Web Based Reporting and Analysis Tool that consolidates your accounts into a single view for cost management, reporting, call detail review, and invoice printing. This allows you to organize, report, and analyze the data in a way that is useful to your organization.

Account Hierarchy – The Set Up• Organizational hierarchy drives the sequence of

the eBA views and helps the Telecom Manager set up the proper permissions for other users to access the data.

Category – Super User• Has full access to the charge and usage

information for your organization

• Has the ability to create, edit or delete Manager profiles assigned at any reporting level of the application

• Has access to the remittance summary

• Can access and run reports for all users within the organization

Category – Editing Manager • Like a super user with a smaller scope

• Ability to view assigned account data and access the call detail information of other Managers at or below the same reporting level in the application

• Ability to create, edit, or delete the profiles of other Managers at or below the same reporting level in the application

• Can access and run reports for assigned subscribers

• Multiple Reporting Managers can be assigned to a single reporting level

• Each Sprint eBilling & Analysis Subscriber is able to view the summary information and call detail for only user data assigned to that individual.

• There are no reporting functionalities at this level

you can view, sort, filter, and export several report types containing your account activity and cost information

• There are 9 standard reports to get you started and most are editable to provide just the right information for a productive analysis

eBA – Subscribers tabThe starting point for all units is the Subscriber Activity Summary page

• This link provides primary billing information that mimics the invoice presentation

• You will see all the main charge categories invoiced at the unit level and the details that support this summed data

eBA – Remittance Summary Link• Access the Remittance Summary screen is

gained from the Welcome screen by clicking "View Remittance Summary"

• The Remittance Summary will be displayed in a new window

• The Remittance Summary displays the account name, the amount due, and whether the amount due is current or past due

• You can include or exclude an account from the total payment, recalculate the amount due based on selected accounts, and review past remittance summaries

• Only the Super User and Editing Managers can view the Remittance Summary

We want this product• You must have a minimum of 50 units to enroll

• Upon enrollment the designated Super User will be provided with website credentials

• The Super User will be responsible for setting up additional users via the Manger’s tab within the application according to the users classifications

• The profile set up by the Super User will determine what views each operator has accesses to in the application

• Data follows the same top down approach as the business invoice

• A bill image tab will provide printable PDF support for the charges and adjustments outlined by the tool depending on your permission/profile level
