While touring this log masterpiece, you will be entertained by personal stories of the Mandrell family along with incredible stories of other artists that only music insiders have heard. NNCA WELCOME RECEPTION (6:00pm at the Hotel) Join your friends in the courtyard for a casual Welcome Reception at the Hotel. Full dinner buffet to include chocolate fondue! This is a wonderful opportunity to re-connect with your friends.

EVENTS FOR THURSDAY, MAY 1

NNCA AWARDS BREAKFAST (9:00am-10:30am at the Hotel) our guides share facts about the Delta's plants and fish and answer your questions about the resort.(Note: the Delta Riverboat ride is optional and the $11 ticket has not been included There will be time to relax with a beverage or perhaps lunch on your own with your NNCA friends after you have seen the sights. Simply spectacular! EVENT C: NASH TRASH SATIRICAL ADVENTURE (11:00am-12:30pm)

The Original Nash Trash Tour is a one-of-a-kind musical comedy. Hop on the Big Pink Bus with the Jugg Sisters and they will dish the dirt on your favorite country music legends. This 90 minute private tour travels through down town Nashvil le past major country institutions , and then cruises along legendary Music Row. Rumor has it you will laugh so hard your face will hurt.

EVENT F: BELLE MEADE PLANTATION (11:30am-4:00pm) Your visit to Belle Meade will include a tour led by a trained and costumed guide through the plantation’s beautiful Greek-Revival mansion commissioned by John Harding in 1845. Your ticket also includes access to Belle Meade’s many other historic buildings on the plantation grounds including a dairy, horse stable, carriage house, mausoleum, gardens, and a log cabin. After you’ve completed your tour of the house and grounds, a free wine tasting at our winery awaits.Lunch will be on your own in the café.

EVENT G: WILDHORSE SALOON DINNER & LINE DANCE LESSON (5:00pm-10:00pm)

A visit to the world famous Wildhorse Saloon will create one of the most memorable country experiences of any trip. Enjoy a sumptuous BBQ dinner of beef brisket, pulled pork, salad, beans, slaw, fruit cobbler and coffee/tea/soda. The Wildhorse Saloon offers a state of the art sound system, dance lessons and the biggest dance floor in town, and both daytime and evening entertainment. The Wildhorse is located in the historic downtown district and close to Honky Tonk row. After dinner you are free to roam Honky Tonk Row and enjoy the neon spectacle and excitement of Nashville at night.

EVENT H: ROUND-TRIP BUS TO HONKY TONK ROW (5:00pm-10:00pm) This is for the independent explorers who want to experience Nashville and night on their own. We will provide round-trip bus transportation dropping you off on Honky Tonk Row and bringing you home safely afterwards.

EVENTS FOR FRIDAY, MAY 2 NNCA MEMORIAL SERVICE (8:30am-10:30am at the Hotel) EVENT I: GENERAL JACKSON LUNCH CRUISE (11:00am-3:00pm) Come onboard this 300 foot, authentic Paddlewheeler for the most popular variety show in Nashville. The music, comedy and dancing are terrific, the view along the river sublime, and the bountiful buffet delicious! This continues to be one of the most popular attractions in Nashville and lots of fun for everyone. EVENT J: SELF-EXPLORING the OPRYLAND RESORT (11:00am-3:00pm)

Enjoy exploring the world famous Opryland Resort hotel. EVENT P: GRAND OLE OPRY (6:00pm-10:00pm) This is the show that made Nashville famous! The one, the only, the Opry! We never know which celebrities will turn up and perform, but one thing is for certain, it’s always a great show, with something for everyone. Music, dancing, and lots of laughs make this variety show a Nashville tradition and a crowd favorite. Come see what all the fuss is about! Please note: There is a fair amount of walking involved and some stairs in order to get to your seats. Opry seats are cushioned benches with back, similar to church pews.

EVENT Q: FONTANEL MANSION (11:00am-3:00pm) Fontanel Mansion is a 27,000 square foot log home formerly owned by Country Music Hall of Fame® member Barbara Mandrell. While touring this log masterpiece, you will be entertained by personal stories of the Mandrell family along with incredible stories of other artists that only music insiders have heard. After a 75 minute tour of the mansion you will have time for lunch on your own in the Café on-site. This tour has limited availability – so don’t delay!

EVENT R: THE HERMITAGE – HOME OF PRESIDENT JACKSON (11:30am-3:00pm) The Hermitage has something for everyone. The Museum, manicured grounds, slave cabins, and the main residence give us an authentic glimpse of President Jackson’s home life. Faithfully restored you will feel transported in time to the days of yore. The separate museum is a wonderful interpretation of the times with authentic memorabilia from the Jackson era and showcases an interesting video of his life and times. An audio guide is included in your tour as is the museum to make this a wonderful day out. EVENT S: GRAND OLE OPRY BACKSTAGE TOUR (12:00PM-2:30PM) Walk in the footsteps of country music's superstars and get an exclusive look at what happens behind the scenes of the show that made country music famous! Our knowledgeable guide will share stories about the Opry and country music greats past and present (from Minnie Pearl to Carrie Underwood, you might say), show you photos from the Opry's biggest moments in history and take you to the artist entrance - where legends, new artists, and superstars alike enter the Opry House on the night of an Opry show. You may even have the chance to step on stage and into the famed wooden circle as decades of artists have done. Tours may also make a stop in Studio A, a live television studio and former home of HEE HA. FAREWELL BANQUET (6:00pm Cash Bar/ 7:00pm Dinner at the Hotel)

EVENT CANCELLATION INSURANCE Protect yourself from unforeseen expenses caused by sickness, injury or any other causes that impact your travel plans. No refunds are given after midnight even if Cancellation Insurance was purchased. If you have not purchased cancellation insurance, all tour and meal money is non-refundable 6 weeks prior to the reunion.

IMPORTANT REUNION NOTES

Reservation money is non-refundable after due date unless Tour Cancellation insurance is purchased above. Insurance holders are eligible for a refund less $15 processing fee until Midnight before the 1st day of the reunion. Insurance ends once the reunion begins – notification in writing/email must be received prior to start of reunion. Late reservations are accepted on a space available basis with a non-refundable $15 per person late fee. Watch for an email confirmation of your order and online roster update as your proof of payment. Changes not permitted online including cancellations. Email/Mail notice for cancellations required. For a written confirmation please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
