Rules and Regulations

1. Registration closing date is on Friday, 15thAugust 2014.

2. This event is open to public, members, residents & guests (amateurs only) of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort.

3. Participants are required to run in full sports apparel (no shoe(s) with wheels) in selected route, failing which participants will be disqualified.4. Participants shall ensure that no cheating, foul play, obscene manners or unruly behaviour are displayed during the NiteRace.5. Participants are not allowed to enter the premises of the residences surrounding the golf course.

6. The first participant to complete the course accordingly by reaching the finishing line first will be declared as the 1 stwinner followed bysuccessive participants for the 2nd& 3rdplacing in all categories.

7. All decisions made by organizing committee members are final, no correspondences will be entertained.8. Winners must be present for the prize presentation ceremony, failing which the prizes will be automatically forfeited.

9. Tropicana Golf & Country Resort Berhad reserves the right to publish or display winners details and photographs for the purposes of

advertisement & publicity as well as to announce the winners in either printed media or electronic media form.10. Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations, reschedule or change the venue of the event without prior notice.11. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participants, if it is deemed that the rules of this race were not abided.

b) For all payments by cheque, please make it payable to:

TROPICANA GOLF & COUNTRY RESORT BHDd) No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registrations.

e) Substitution or changing of categories is not allowed. Kindly ensure the category youre eligible to sign up

according to the age qualification. New registration will have to be made should there be error in category.

f) Incomplete and/or late entries, and entries without, or with insufficient fees will be rejected. The decision of

the Organizer is final when accepting entries.

first-serve basis.
