Power, performance, and capacity com-bined with that eye appealing style best describes TFL Hemi 4A. A standout bull calf since birth, Hemi has been exciting to watch develop into the powerhouse that he is today. He was born at 102lbs and weaned off at a whopping 1000lbs. He is a structurally sound bull with a large hoof that can get out and stride well. There is a ‘wow’ factor when you stand in behind him. He has a large hip that is carried well down into his hock, and a great top. TFL Hemi did very well in the show ring, claiming champion overall breeds in the ‘King of the Ring’ jackpot at the 2013 Lloydminster Stockade Roundup. He placed first in his class at Agribition 2013 in Regina. Hemi is sired by the popular, breed accepted Stubby 322U that has done great things in the Simmental breed. Sired by the high selling Double Bar D Spitfire bull, Firecracker possesses a great pigment pattern. He’s a bull with a lot of length and a good hip. His dam is a good producing, young Romano daughter that has a bright future ahead of her. He’s always had that great length of body and gets out and strides well. I would like to see a pen full of his females as they should have exceptional colour and be just plain good! 19A’s half-sister sold for $6,750 at LaBatte’s bull sale last year. This Romano daughter is already starting to make her mark. We are looking forward to her 2014 calf.

He’s deep ribbed with a long spine and carries himself with a presence that is hard to go unnoticed. 50A strides out with a purpose and has a correct set of feet and legs, which is no surprise once you look at his dam. 50A’s dam is a very powerful, heavily pigmented Laredo daughter, 126R. Titanium is a dark, cherry red bull sired by Crossroad Radium. Most of the LaBatte bred heifers that we bought were bred to Radium and wow – does he ever calve! They were all moderate birth weights and developed into great calves. 23A’s dam is 212Y, and she is coloured almost identical to him; dark, cherry red with big goggles. 212Y has an awesome udder; along with the rest of our walking herd sire Wallace females. Look to 23A for calv-ing ease, awesome colour, and great replacement females. He was part of our show string at Agribition 2013; he’s the kind we like – hope you will to.

This double goggled, dark red bull moves and strides like a cat. His mother, LWC 252W has been a great producer for us. She comes from the good herd of Little Willow Creek and is an easy keeping, fleshy female. 24A and 11A are maternally related to each other. His sire, IPU 156X, has done a super job for us with his first females calving right now. They have no shortage of milk and great udders. His full brother was one of our top bulls in 2013, selling to the great folks of Norway Valley Farms located at Heinsburg, AB for $5,200. Consistency is bred into this bull.


Mothered by a dark red Evan female that came from the good people at Crossroad Farms, 5A is a great coloured bull with two big wrap around goggles. He was born a twin, but has developed into a well-muscled and useful kind of bull. He should sire calves that have lots of pigmentation and calve easy. His females should also make good cows.

14A is a bull with a lot of power to him. He is a deep-ribbed bull with a long spine. He is mothered by a terrific Evan daughter purchased at “The Source” sale from Crossroad Farms. He has developed into a bull we re-ally like – sound footed and meets his stride with every step. 68A has that herd bull look to him and will sire some extremely awesome females. 49A is a deep, long bodied, blood red Wallace son. His dam, IPU 63T, is a good footed daughter of CEN Laredo with an exceptional udder. All the Laredo females have fantastic udders and are very productive. 49A will add some stretch to his calves and also dark pigmentation.


This soggy made, dark coloured bull is another son of Wallace. 2013 was the first year of calving the Wallace females and they all have super udders and are going to last for many years to come. 69A is a very useful bull that will work well for his new owner. You will want to keep all of his females as the Wallace/Laredo cross should produce some very low maintenance, trouble free females, while still producing those performance steers that make you money.

Jim Beam, a young March son of Wallace, carries the dark pigment that is typical of the Wallace calves. As an added bonus, he is smooth polled, will knock horns off, and maintain performance. He was born with a moderate birth weight and has a good, honest dam. For being just shy of an April calf, he sure has done very well.


15A is another bull raised by a first calf heifer. With tonnes of pigment on this guy and calving ease built into his pedigree, you’ll be able to sleep at night knowing you won’t have calving issues with the cows bred to him.

This soggy bull is out of our walking herd sire, Champs Wallace. He will sire those steers that will perform and gain in the feedlot. His dam is an Extra Best daughter with a great udder. We are selling 5 flush mates from our polled Jahari donor cow, 18U. 18U is our favorite Fullblood cow that we are building our herd around. Three sons are sired by Champs Bravo, the heterozygous polled herdsire that is one of Semex’s leading herdsires and two sons are sired by the maternally strong homozygous polled, Dora Lee Equinox. To date we have sold two 18U sons, both are homo polled. One of them being Uncle Kracker, which we sold to Hoegl Livestock and then bought back half interest. We have several Uncle Kracker calves throughout the sale. The other bull was Krack Me Up and was purchased by the Christensens at Edgerton. We have been very impressed with our Colossal cattle; some of our lead bulls last year were Colossal bulls, going to some very good cattlemen. Welcome to the Next Generation Bull sale. We appreciate the opportunity to join Black Gold Simmentals and Red Willow Ranch in their first sale. These two herds are focused to raise quality cattle. The sale name truly fits as the next generation at Noble’s and Tyler’s really are enjoying the cattle industry. It is so great to see the Next Generation wanting to be in agriculture and the cattle industry; with some very good guidance at each farm. Little Willow Creek Ranch has entered a new chapter, we still calve over 600 cows in the spring, and Ted calves about 40 cows in September. Our opportunity to send a group of bulls to One Earth Farms has helped reduce a lot of work. Our agreement did give us the opportunity to pick 10 of our bulls prior to their selection. We have selected beef bulls with hair, performance, they have to be sound; maternal traits and tempera-ment are very important at our farm. These bulls will have the same guarantee as always. All bulls are guaranteed to pass a semen test when they reach 14 months; any problems are taken care of, we will have a bull to breed your cows. When we pur-chased Ranger, his tremendous depth and his structural soundness im-pressed us. LWC Miss Metexas 99T is a Bar 5 Metexas, MFL Country, Klondike Arnie cow; these bloodlines are the base of many of our cow fami-lies. The combination of these and the Porterhouse Regent, Double Bar D Max, then back to Houston from the Crossroad Ranger side, should pro-duce performance and have maternal strength. LWC COLOSSAL 181A continues to progress, he has the familiar Colossal type and pat-tern that we’ve seen the last couple years. He should continue to develop similar to his brothers, as he’s from a strong producing cow family. LWC Miss Metro 156R and LWC Miss Bellringer 170E have been good cows, both producing herd bulls over the years.


LWC BUSTER 194A is Buster, Legend, Jahari back to Country. These cows, 344S, 266H and 79C have all been very similar in type; they are deep with extra volume and have good temperament. This cow family has several sons working in commercial operations. They have all been good sound cows. 194A should produce very consistent structure, moderate frame with extra depth and capacity.

LWC Rough Rider 196A has the typical Stubby depth and volume. He has a great tempera-ment. We are using two Stubby sons in our herd; we like the volume and performance in these cattle. LWC 176T is dark cherry red cow, the same as her mother LWC 212P. Our Lazy S Red 254L sire was the foundation of our Red and Black herd; we have a lot of cows that go back to 254L. He produced sound cattle with extra performance, his cows have good udders. We owned Action Skyway with Rod MacMillan, he worked very well in both herds; Action Skyway had a great temperament. We really like Rough Rider’s pedigree; he should have a great future.


This KOP Crosby 137W son has the typical style and eye appeal that Crosby offers. We had two Crosby sons working in our pastures last spring. These bulls move well, and offer extra performance. LWC 225A has a very unique pedigree, he has the blend of Jahari, Zima and Mahogany Red in his dam’s pedigree. 129C was a baldie cow, 135K is a solid red cow and the 317T cow is a goggled eyed cow with a very good udder.

LWC Buster 158A has been noticed from a very young age. Sired by KUZ Mr Buster 313U, the sire that has produced herd bulls for us, for many consecutive years. Buster cattle are consistent, with performance, hair coats, soundness and good udders. Buster himself is a big sound bull, showing no signs of slowing down, he moves very well. He is one of favorite herd bulls, for so many reasons. LWC Miss Jahari 149R, is a Jahari X Coun-try bred cow, she has a very good udder, and is one of top producing purebred cows. LWC Hemi 862Z is from Ted and Adele’s fall program. He is sired by Hemi the very steady producer that has been so consistent for us, starting with birth weight. Ted has used Hemi for three consecutive years for his fall calving; he does not have calving problems with Hemi. We are getting a few 15W daughters into production; they look good so far. LWC Jahari 24P 426W is sired by 24P, the Jahari son we owned with the McFadyen’s at Waseca; both our herds had good results with 24P daughters. The 49P grandam, is a cow bred by Reuben Mapletoft; a great uddered cow. Ted really likes this young 426W cow; she is one of his top producers. 862Z should produce good females.

Dave has always been very impressed with his temperament. There are several 231U sons working in the area; these cattle are loose hided, very consistent in type; they add extra depth. LWC Miss Jahari 32S is the mother of 231U, she is not a big cow; she has extra volume and produces good weaning weights year after year. We purchased a semen package on Vir-ginia Red Texas a few years ago; we don’t have many Red Texas cattle, the few we have are working well. 244A could very well add the blaze face to Angus cows; these blaze face females would be very popular cows.
