There are a number of outstanding innovations in our range of electric and manual trolleys this season, including brand new products and features derived from our extensive R&D, plus an upgrade to our matching golf bags.

The glossary below summarises some of the key technologies and products that will be used throughout the following pages:

Featured on all new Motocaddy bags and trolleys, the exclusive EASILOCKTM system is designed to lock the cart bag onto the trolley and remove the need for a lower bag strap.

Two holes on the trolley’s bag support are aligned with two pins on the base of the bag, locking them together before the upper strap is to used to secure it completely. The bag pins are removable and trolleys are supplied with detachable straps to allow them to be used with non-EASILOCKTM models.

Launched on this season’s S1 PRO and S3 PRO electric trolleys, the new QUIKFOLDTM mechanism is a super-fast folding system that allows golfers to fold or unfold their trolley within seconds. Based on an innovative sliding frame, QUIKFOLDTM has been developed to offer the quickest and easiest assembly method on the market.

The newest member of our electric trolley family, the M3 PRO has been developed to offer the compact-folding capabilities of the M1 PRO, combined with the performance features made popular by our flagship S3 PRO range, including distance measurement, round and lost ball timers, Adjustable Distance Control and our patented USB charging port.

Joining the M-Series family, the new M1 Lite push trolley is our smallest folding trolley yet thanks to a unique triple hinge system and easy-to-follow folding mechanism. It also offers a number of impressive features including easy-run oversize wheels, parking brake, handle height adjustment and an integrated accessory station.

Precision engineering & style

Once our extensive R&D schedule has been completed, the trolleys are manufactured in partnership with a precision engineering company that also produces components for Airbus aircraft. To add style to the sturdy build of the trolleys and their reliable batteries, we also consult international creative designers to determine the best look.

Following last year’s successful launch of the M1 PRO compact-folding trolley, we are introducing our most advanced model ever - the equally-compact, flagship M3 PRO model. The premium M-Series range is expanded still further with the addition of the M1 Lite push trolley. Our popular S-Series range has been revolutionised with the addition of the simple QUIKFOLDTM design feature on the S1 PRO and S3 PRO, while our most popular trolley - the acclaimed S1 - continues alongside its push model equivalent, the S1 Lite.

All Motocaddy electric trolleys feature an exclusive self-diagnostic system. In the unlikely event of you encountering a problem, it is designed to put you back on the fairways as soon as possible and minimise disruption to your golfing schedule.

An easy-to-follow diagnosis diagram supplied with each trolley enables you to identify the faulty part, order a replacement online and then fit it easily yourself once it arrives.

This system is exclusive to Motocaddy trolleys and is included as standard with all new S-Series and M-Series models.

An increasing number of golfers are opting for a Lithium battery to power their electric trolley because, with a 5-year limited warranty, it provides a reliable and more cost-effective option than a Lead-acid alternative.

An integrated Battery Management System protects the Lithium and helps to provide a five-times-longer lifespan than Lead-acid equivalents, while both 18 and 36 hole Lithium capacities can be recharged from empty in less than five hours.

The lightweight and compact Lithium batteries are also designed to remain on the trolley when folded down*, to make it easier when travelling to and from the course.

INFORMATIONCARE Instructions

HERE ARE SOME SIMPLE TIPS TO MAXIMISE THE LIFE OF YOUR TROLLEY:

• Do not store the trolley outside and try to minimise exposure to rain whenever possible by covering with

an umbrella or Rain Cover during heavy rainfall;

• Always dry the trolley following a round and wipe water droplets from the screen before storage to avoid any

long-term damage;

• Avoid heavily-watered areas or submerging the trolley in deep puddles, as this can damage the electronics

or battery. If the trolley itself gets muddy, never use a pressure washer to clean it – instead wipe it down with

a clean, damp cloth before storing;

• Charge the battery as soon as possible after your round. Always unplug the charger when charging is complete

to prevent battery discharge;

• The battery should be charged on a dry, non-carpeted surface. When not in use for long periods, you should

ensure that the battery is fully charged prior to storing to maintain the life of your battery. Lead-acid batteries

should be recharged every 3-4 weeks when not in use for extended periods;

• Never attempt to play ‘significantly’ more holes than your battery is designed for. Always recharge your

battery regardless of the number of holes played in any one day. This will assist in maintaining its longevity.

INFORMATIONwarranty INFORMATIONThe trolley and charger are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers

manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result

of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy batteries are

covered by separate warranty periods and should be registered using the online Battery Warranty Registration.

The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use of the

trolley, battery and charger in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you encounter a problem with your trolley,

battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us direct on 0845 058

9818 to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim, you

must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

If we diagnose that you require a spare part, we will send it to you by first class post with easy-to-follow fitting

instructions. Failing that, we will collect, repair (if possible) and return the faulty product (or its replacement) at

A repair will normally be carried out, but in the unlikely event that the trolley, battery or charger cannot be fixed,

a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty

beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not

affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We recommend a maximum weight of 20kg, which is more than enough for a cart bag full with 14 clubs,

waterproofs and plenty of balls.

If I only play 9 holes, do I still have to recharge the battery before the next game?

The battery must always be charged after every use irrespective of the number of holes played.

Should I buy a second battery?

If you need to play 36 holes in a day you should either buy a 36 hole battery or a spare 18 hole battery.

If you opt for using two batteries make sure you rotate their use to prolong the life of both batteries.

Should I fully discharge my battery from time to time?

You must never fully discharge the battery as this could severely reduce its capacity. If you notice

the trolley starting to travel more slowly than usual, you should stop using it as soon as possible.

What happens if my battery stops before I’ve finished my round?

If your battery stops before the completion of the round, Motocaddy trolleys have a freewheel feature to allow

you to complete your game. When you get home, open up the battery bag and check the battery terminals

to ensure that they are properly connected. If this does not resolve the issue, please call our technical team.

Will my golf bag fit onto a Motocaddy trolley?

Any standard golf bag will fit securely onto a Motocaddy trolley. Some very large Tour bags will fit, but may not

be as snug. Motocaddy bags are designed for use with our trolley range and feature a unique slot on the base

to prevent twisting.
