OVERNIGHT SUMMER CAMPThis overnight program is a summer retreat for children of Connecticut’s military families. Away from the hustle and bustle of the “real-world,” our 150 acres in Andover, CT provides a care-free environment for a healthy summer of play, new friendships, and the outdoors.

This is a 1 week camp session running Sunday - Friday and includes free transportation

from many locations throughout the state.

Individualized schedules relate to campers interests and personal strengths! Children who attend Channel 3 Kids Camp participate in a variety of activities and choose their own self-selected activities throughout the week. Campers develop new experiences while enjoying old favorites!

JOIN CHANNEL 3 KIDS CAMP THIS SUMMER!At the Channel 3 Kids Camp we want to encourage all Connecticut children to come to camp. We are unique in that we are the only camp in Connecticut that provides an accessible and affordable overnight camping experience for all families. To make that happen we offer “camperships” so camp is reasonable for all families. Fees operate on a sliding scale basis dependent on income level and household size.

We have an open enrollment policy for our overnight camping program. Children from Connecticut’s military families ages 8-17 years old may attend this special camp session beginning July 13.

Connecticut’s children.• Conveniently located just off Route 6, Channel 3 Kids Camp sits on 150 beautiful acres along the

shores of the Skungamaug River in Andover and Coventry, CT.• There are more than 25 buildings, including sleeping cabins, a brand new open air pavilion,

recreation hall, program areas, nature education center, dining hall, arts & crafts cabin, shower houses and a 42’ x 75’ swimming pool.
