Please note that you will not be able to type in many of the cells because they are protected. Click on the 'Expense' tab on the bottom of this workbook and enter the necessary expense information. Please list requests in priority order and be as accurate as possible. Only short explanations should be given for each item. Additional explanation can be included on the "Explanation" tab. After finishing the "Expense" tab similarly complete the "Income" tab. Then move on and fill the "Explanation" tab with any information you would like SFAC to know about your request.
