These are the points with which we mainly worked in order to optimize the product and to find solutions
For that reason we came up with 4 sub-products
What happened?
1. To give Youth Talent a better fit (especially for TM) we firstly collected all JDs on the local level
2. We clustered the expected learnings to these JDs
3. With that we re-designed the new subproducts
4. New career paths according to subproducts
Social Sales
Value propositions:• learn how to communicate a brand to target groups• practical experience about PR• implementation of university marketing• get to know companies in sales meetings• partnership management and networking
Target groups:ER/ICX: openness , sovereign and self-secure, strong communication skillsCOM: creative, innovative, own initiative
New Subproduct 1
Value propositions:• Plan and coordinate a project• Manage an event• Develop your organizational skills through practical experience
Target groups:• own initiative, responsible and reliable • coordination skills• structred thinking
New Subproduct 1 - Information
This subproduct is mainly for all OC (MICCC, NICO, social events) or event management JDs.
For local implementation: If you don‘t have these kind of JD, don‘t recruit on this profile.
New Subproduct 2
Value propositions: • Put theoretical knowledge into practice in the finance
area• Learn about internal processes and legalities of an
international organisation • Use databanks and optimize the information and
documentation processes
Target Groups:• number affinity• analytical thinking• precise working style
New Subproduct 2 - Information
This JD is for the finance JDs which were under represented before and
don‘t fit with the other learning of the other sub products. Furthermore, IT JDs can be put into this subproduct as well
as Salesforce managers.
New Subproduct 3
Value propositions:• get experience in the HR application and selection processes of new members• support members and group in their personal and functional development• develop coordination skills in terms of supporting interns before, during and after their internship experience
Target groups:• sensibility• empathetic and openness • communicative
New Subproduct 3 - Information
This subproduct is mainly for TM JDs, as well as EP-Buddy in the ICX and
OGX teams.
Suggestions for implementation
The new Youth Talent is supposed to be customized by LCs. This means if you are not opening JDs in the respective
subproducts, then don‘t recruit on these profiles.
