O R D E R:

Smt. K. Anasuya Devi, W/o Late K. Kesava Rao, Section Officer (Retd.), Higher Education Department, in her application 3rd read above, has submitted proposal for sanction of medical reimbursement claim of Rs.29,530/- towards medical expensesincurred in connection with the treatment for self for Acute on CKD on ESRD on MHD(Dialysis) , during the period from 02.01.2013 to 16.02.2013 Sathya Kidney Centre andSuper Specialty Hospitals, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad.

2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat Branch,Hyderabad to whom the bills have been referred to for scrutiny has reported in his letter 5th read above, that an amount of Rs.28,130/- is admissible for sanction.

3. Therefore, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.28,130/- (RupeesTwenty Eight Thousand and One hundred and Thirty only) to Smt. K. Anasuya Devi, W/oLate K. Kesava Rao, Section Officer (Retd.), Higher Education Department towardsmedical expenses incurred in connection with the treatment for self for Acute on CKD onESRD on MHD (Dialysis) , during the period from 02.01.2013 to 16.02.2013 at SathyaKidney Centre and Super Specialty Hospitals, HImayatnagar, Hyderabad.

4. The expenditure sanctioned at Para (3) above, shall be debited to “2251-Secretariat – Social Services – (090) –Secretariat – (04) – Higher EducationDepartment 010 Salaries – 017Medical expenditure”.

5. The Higher Education (OP Claims) Department is requested to draw anddisburse the amount to the individual.

6. This order does not require the concurrence Finance Department as per the existingrules in force.
