The Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA) is pleased to present VO-CON—The Vacation Ownership CONference. VO-CON is an exciting event dedicated to " Exploring the Business of Vacations" . The Conference provides an excellent vehicle for understanding the current state of the industry and, more importantly, where it's heading in the future. We are confident that you will find the speakers highly informative as they address today's trends and issues. This unique networking and educational event will attract over 100 delegates from real estate development, exchange, sales, hospitality management, design, finance and legal segments of the shared vacation ownership industry. The program will explore all aspects of Vacation Ownership including timeshare, fractional ownership and condo hotel segments. Plenty of time within the agenda will be allocated for intense networking and B-2-B opportunities. New this year is CRDA’s “Two-Minute Meet” an intense "speed dating" session where every registered delegate will have 2 minutes to meet each registered delegate. It's the perfect way to introduce yourself before the opening night reception, collect business cards, strike up new conversations, or catch up with an old friend. VO-CON will be held in conjunction with Western Canadian Hotel and Resort Investment Conference (WCH&RIC) starting on October 23 with an opening reception, followed by educational sessions taking place on October 24 at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel Vancouver. Designed for hospitality executives and those involved in resort and hotel real estate, the event is a candid forum for new strategies to deal with global economic uncertainties and their effect on Western-based tourism and real estate.
