• Attire for beauty can be any store bought pageant dress (not cus-

tom made dresses) OR traditional “flower girl” type dresses

• The hotel rate is guaranteed until July 20th only at $59.95

• Boys may wear suit or tuxedo.

• Outfit of Choice may be one of the listed choices : camo wear, back to school, tropical or luau wear, or Vintage wear. This year they can be custom made but NOT glitz. This is part of your su-preme score. Beauty will be worth 100 points & Outfit of Choice is worth 10 points to = your total Supreme score!!

• YOU MUST have your entry form and deposit postmarked by July 20th or Credit Card deposit by phone by July 20th.

• ANY bad sportsmanship will result in the disqualification of the

• There must be at least 35 contestants to award all supremes. If less we will award one set of supremes and pageant would be com-bined into one session (which would be session 1 times)

Details on prizes are below. The enclosed ad slip is all you need. Just turn them in by the pageant deadline with the good luck page money. Friends and family can make a creative ad to wish you good luck ! This is NOT required by NO MEANS !! Just a way to help you enter free if you choose.
