DESCRIPTION
NORAD-USNORTHCOM's Situational Awareness Geospatial Enterprise (SAGE) is a user defined operational picture suite of enterprise class software tools employed by combatant commands ans the primary mechanism for sharing geospatial data between US Northern Command, the Department of Homeland Security, National Guard assets, and direct mission partners. SAGE serves as a backbone for data sharing and collaboration at the unclassified level to assure fused situational awareness at any time or place. The integration of military program of record systems with Commercial Off the Shelf products has positioned SAGE as the Global Unclassified Common Operational Picture system by the Joint Chiefs of Staff. SAGE is built on the Global Command and Control System - Joint, ESRI ArcGIS Server, and GoogleEarth.
