Little Miss Cowarts: Must be in 1st grade

Petite Miss Cowarts: Ages 7-9

Pre-Teen Miss Cowarts: Ages 10 & 11

Junior Miss Cowarts: Ages 12 & 13

Teen Miss Cowarts: Ages 14-16

Miss Cowarts: Ages 17-21

*All categories are “open” except the Miss & Little Miss Categories!If participating in the Miss & Little Miss Categories, you must have a Cowarts address, Cowarts water or your address

must be listed on the Cowarts’ E911 list. Keep in mind; you only have to meet ONE of these requirements not all!!!! THIS ONLY APPLIES TO THE MISS & LITTLE MISS CATEGORIES; YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MEET THESE

REQUIREMENTS IF COMPETING IN ANY OF THE OTHER CATEGORIES!!!!!!!

Please read all rules before signing:

1. Contestants and parents agree to recognize all decisions of the judges as final.2. Each contestant will be randomly placed and NO contestant will be given special placement in line-up.3. Tiny Miss, Future Little Miss & Little Miss contestants are required to wear a heirloom dress.4. Interview times will be given out at a later time. Mandatory interview for all categories, except Tiny Miss category.5. Entry fee is $50.00 for the Cowarts Pageant, optional competition: Photogenic, which is $10.00. More than one photo may be used in the photogenic competition for $5.00/per photo. 6. Checks should be made payable to Cowarts Pageant.7. Parental signature must be on registration form for participation consent and to release the Cowarts Pageant Committee from any injury or liability.8. Queens must attend any and all appearances that are asked of them. NO EXCEPTIONS!9. Queens must participate in any fundraisers that the Cowarts Pageant Committee may have.

10. Queens will help with the NPF float before and after the parade. NO EXCEPTIONS!

11. Each contestant is required to sell two (2) ads for the program.
