Scenario 1

You have a volunteer who is dedicated, engaged, and has great ideas, but their personality rubs many people the wrong way. Unfortunately the volunteer doesn’t realize this and has built a reputation for being difficult to work with among staff, member leaders and even the volunteers the he leads.

There simply aren’t as many slots as there are people interested and often the volunteer selection process is not transparent.
