Scenario 1
You have a volunteer who is dedicated, engaged, and has great ideas, but their personality rubs many people the wrong way. Unfortunately the volunteer doesn’t realize this and has built a reputation for being difficult to work with among staff, member leaders and even the volunteers the he leads.
What do you do?
Scenario 2
Volunteer leadership roles are limiting and extremely competitive within your organization. There simply aren’t as many slots as there are people interested and often the volunteer selection process is not transparent. A member feels that they are qualified but wasn’t chosen and decides to raise the issue.

You receive a call from a volunteer leader stating that they have received a communication from a member regarding sexual harassment. They are looking for direction on how to handle the situation.
