Reception - Basil’s Tavern (in hotel) Mix and mingle with fellow AMA leaders in the lounge. Cocktails and appetizers provided.

7:30 PM -

Dinner - Basil’s Kitchen (in hotel) Prix Fixe dinner includes salad, bread, (soda, coffee, or tea), and dessert

Entrée options: 1. Traditional Porterhouse, choice 16 oz. grilled to perfection, served with baked potato and

grilled asparagus - $38 2. Basil’s Salmon, fillet sautéed with olive oil, Vidalia onion, fresh spinach and lemon wine

sauce served over roasted vegetables - $ 34 3. Vodka Ravioli, cheese ravioli topped with a vodka pasta sauce, with grilled asparagus on the

side - $28 4. Chicken ala Dijonnaise, boneless chicken breast sautéed with olive oil, rosemary,

mushrooms and light creamy Dijon sauce - $34
