Calendar

We are planning to add Ms. Thomas’ Google calendar to the calendar tab on

www.cloverhillshowchoir.com to view the 2013-2014 calendar. You will then find a Google calendar that will continue to be

updated throughout the year.

Choreography Camp

Choreography Camp with our choreographer, Antwon Chavis for Iridescence and New Dimensions will be July 22-26. This where students learn the shows for next year. All Iridescence and New Dimensions students must attend.

Iridescence – 8 am-2 pm (lunch will be at 11:30) New Dimensions – 3 pm- 9pm (dinner will be at 6

pm)  

Costs and Deadlines

June 3 - half of choreography charge due July 8 - balance of choreography charge

due August 23 - costume deposit due

All Choreography All Show Choir Music Props Sets School Busses for LOCAL competitions Competition Registrations Show Choir T-Shirt

What This Does NOT Cover

Any costumes. Any hotel expenses for out-of-town trips. Any transportation expenses for out-of-town

trips. Any food costs for out-of-town competitions.Total costs for these items will be assessed and divided into monthly payments for your convenience. The amount of these expenses will not be determined until the fall of 2013.

Dominion Show Choir Camp

Dominion Show Choir Camp

This is a mandatory week for all students participating in the 2013-2014 Clover Hill Show Choirs. Please make sure to have your registrations and $75 deposit in by June 1. Students can pick either the first or second week to attend.

The remaining balance is due on the first day of camp.

Total cost for a Clover Hill Show Choir student is $130 for the week.
