I. Chair’s Words

It’s Just the Beginning Vega Chang

I kid you not, if you ask me what the most rewarding experience is I’ve ev-er had in my life, I would tell you this within a heartbeat – “Joining AIESEC!”

It has been 10 years since my first MCP election (I ran double terms just so you know J). Looking back the past 10 years, I couldn’t imagine how life would be if I didn’t make that move to join this amazing organization. I would not have travelled to so many countries; I would not have met so many in-credible individuals; I would not have gone for traineeship in Singapore and kinda randomly started my career in Consumer Electronic industry… Seeing the stunning exchange numbers and the quality of our members and train-eeships, it only reinforces my belief that every “Change Agent” that AIESEC has created is making positive impact to our society. It is the case now, and it was the case 10 years ago.

Everything makes perfect sense when I look back and connect the dots. AIESEC has brought me from Taiwan this little island to the entire world. It is so true they say “AIESEC can’t give you anything, but you can get everything out of AIESEC.” It is really UP TO YOU to make the most out of it. And this 2012 winter National Conference, I believe, is just the very beginning of your wonderful journey.

II. MCP’s Words

ith my immense pleasure, I would like to thank you for coming to Taiwan and for joining this first ever International conference gathered all the future global leaders from AIESEC in Mainland of China, AIESEC in Hong Kong, AIESEC in Malaysia, and AIESEC in Singapore. Without your greatest supports, this conference won't come true.

Three years ago when I was a ICX member, AIESEC in Taiwan started its amazing growth path and year by year, we've achieved global top 10 no matter what external factor bounds us. Till now, I still feel that we are living an unlimited environment can keep AIESEC in Taiwan growing and growing in the future. "Engage and Develop Every Young Person In The World" is not im-possible. It's just a matter of how do we put ourselves in creating the rele-vance of AIESEC to our society.

AIESEC has come to a revolutionary point where BHAG and AIESEC 2015 has stimulated our organizational essence to be more external oriented. It is time for us to open up all the possibilities and embrace all the uncertainties to create more and more impactful experiences in this amazing youth-driven platform. Without each one of you, this network won't be complete to deliv-er all the possibilities.

I truly believe that AIESEC deserves a better identity and positioning in our current market, so why not let's create it? Let's listen more what external needs rather than what we want. Let's activate our leadership to enable more youths to create the innovation around our society. Let's be confident to share the value of AIESEC and impact this world. Taiwan needs us, every AIESECer, to stand out for our youth voice!

This conference is just a start, a start to engage and develop every young person in the world! Let's make the changes happen!

III. CCP’s Words

n behalf of the Conference Committee Team, I would like to welcome you all to this AIESEC 2012 Winter Conference -Envision Global Future Chinese Leaders. It is the first time the conference for Tai-wan has more than 500 Delegates, including 120 in-ternational delegates. It is therefore indeed a pleas-ure for us to host the gathering of such a broad au-dience.

In my four years AIESEC experience, I have joined more than twenty conferences, including national or international which always gave me full power to make me go forward. During conference with lots of inspiration we would rediscover our passion and motivation to know why we keep fighting in AIESEC no matter how tired in the past months. For me, AIESEC, such a magic platform, has given me lots of opportunities to unleash my potential. Before leav-ing here, I believe it must have something that I can do for next generation as a gift to appreciate AIESEC.

Recently, crisis and revolution destroyed the origi-nal balanced system. Facing this unknown world, no one exactly knows what the next step is in our fu-ture. As an AIESECer, especially in world’s economic engine-Greater China Region we have the responsi-bility to pioneer our future through brainstorming and dialogue from different perspectives to demon-strate our youth power. Together, let’s envision our world and lead our society heading for our golden years. We want to bring you a great experience to think ahead our life, our society, and our world in this conference. Hope you enjoy it.

What Kind of the Conference it is?

012 Winter Conference—Envision Global Chinese Future Leaders” is a conference that connect AIESEC young talents from great China area which with different background, nationalities or even different viewpoints to share ideas and communicate with each others. As the biggest student driven or-ganization, we will hand in hand to strive for our vision together and make more impacts to the society.

Is There Anything Special in This Conference?

012Winter Conference is a huge originality for Taiwan, we will invite AIESECer from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia to join this grand conference with us in Feb,2 to Feb,6,2012. The themes of 2012Winter Conference are : Connection, Sustainability and Evolution.

Connection

Connect AIESEC Leaders from Greater China areas to exchange different viewpoints and share cultures to each others.

Sustainability

Through the training from the conference, we hope to cultivate cosmopolites’ caring and devoting spirits to achieve the sus-tainability of environment and society together.

Evolution

Use cultures as core value and through technology, arts, envi-ronmental protection to trigger more creativity.

During the conference we will have Chinese Renaissance to talk about cul-tural industry and creativity, Leadership skill workshop to talk and discuss about the importance of the leadership, Enterprise v.s. Young Talents Forum to let predecessors give future leaders directions and advice and the intro-duction of Taiwanese culture to let more people know this unique and di-verse Formosa Island. Last but not the least we will have Beer game, Global Village, Official Dinner and other activates to wait for you to experience!

交通大學主要的禮堂，中正堂內之大禮堂可容納

序曲 － 青年領袖培訓論壇

月的冬季大會在還沒開始前就給大家很大的期待，每個人都引頸期盼

全國大會的到來；但早在十二月，由 CC team 舉辦給高中生的「青年領袖

培訓論壇」就已留給 DG們很大的迴響。

一百五十位來自台灣各地的高中職生參與論壇。我們希望透過啟發式的

課程與討論激發這群高中生，不論是重新找到自己的夢想，或是因此開始訂

立自己的目標。而我們為論壇訂定了標語，為「Dream it, Do it！夢想是

風，行動是翅膀，拍動了翅膀，夢想才會實現。」

我們邀請到了 Freddy 及 Till擔任論壇的核心人物，更請到 Will來擔任

Chair。透過他們三人的課程以及經驗分享，讓高中生有滿腔的熱血去追求

自己的夢想。論壇第一天邀請少女公益慈善家——沈芯菱來為我們展現青年

的影響力，她的故事也深深打動高中生的心。論壇第二天邀請了研華的策略

長劉慶聰先生，來告訴我們如何將夢想付諸於行動。此外，第二天的下午與

Trainee Conference 的 GV結合，讓高中生可以實際與外國人有接觸。除了

課程演講之外，高中生亦能在遊戲與討論中學習如何成為好的領導者。

兩天的活動倏忽即逝，高中生們在論壇後意猶未盡地表示希望有更多的

時間體會這個很棒的活動；聽到了這樣的聲音讓我們很開心，也更加確定了

當初辦這個活動是很正確的選擇。即使辛苦，但是看到這樣的迴響讓 CC 們

覺得一切都值得了 。期許 2012冬季大會也能如這場論壇一樣順利，讓每個

人都能因為參加

冬季大會而有所

改變，也在你我

心中留下不可抹

滅的記憶。

Global Village 今彩中華

彩中華，以多元的中華文化為主軸，開放國內外各個 AIESEC 分會去設計

創意攤位，與相關單位組織合作，導入互動遊戲、介紹解說、表演等方式呈

現攤位主題，協同創造多采多姿的文化力，活動也將會有文化界專業評審為

各攤位進行評比，屆時也將會是各分會的中華文化今彩大亂鬥，希冀能以活

潑彈性的方式，給予參與者鮮活的角度及面向去接觸這些文藝或傳統。此

外，活動以闖關收集彩繪及印章的形式，彩繪屬於自己的文化地圖的 DIY 活

動，提供每位富有滿滿創造想像力的青年，有自行創作發想的空間。

今彩中華 is designed to be a competition ,

and the diverse Chinese culture will be the main theme. Of the activity, every LC could choose one to be the topic of their own booth. Then LCs will use creative way to show the spectacular topic, such as playing games, introduction, performance.. etc. So every delegates can appreciate or recognize the Chinese culture from another new perspective. In addition, the delegates could join the “lottery game” and “voting the best booths game” after collecting enough stamp from different culture
