1. Bidding will begin at 6PM and will end promptly at 7:25PM.

2. Each item on display has an accompanying bid sheet. Please print your name and bidder number clearly next to your bid in the space provided.

Predetermined bidding increments are printed on each bid sheet. The items follow the same order as in the catalogue. Full descriptions of all items may be found in the catalogue listings.

If there is no expiration date listed, the certificate or package expires one year from today.

PLEASE NOTE: Select items were available through the online auction prior to this evening’s event. For these items the starting bid reflects the highest online bid as of 5PM on Thursday, March 29, 2012.

3. Winners of Silent Auction items will be contacted during dinner.

4. There are several auction items on display that will ONLY be available during the Live Auction, which will take place at dinner.

5. Bid the “Guaranteed Purchase Price” on any item, and you’re the guaranteed winner!

6. All items must be paid for by the end of the evening.

7. Payment for items may be made with cash, check, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Purchases are final and no exchanges or refunds will be made.

10. If planning to give your auction item to a third party, please contact Alli Engelsma-Mosser at 617 273 1522 or via email at [email protected] to let her know the name and contact information of the person to whom you are giving the item. This will lessen confusion for all parties.

11. Please consult your tax advisor for rules concerning the deductibility of auction items. Generally, the excess of the bid amount over the estimated value is deductible, and no deduction is allowed if the bid is below the estimated value.
