2 Cups Sugar

1 Cup Milk

1 Cup Hersheys

Chocolate Syrup

1 TBSP Butter

1 Tsp Vanilla

3/4 Cup Marshmallow Crme

( also called marshmallow whip)

Directions:

Butter 8 inch square pan. In heavy 3 quart saucepan,

combine sugar, milk and syrup. Cook over medium heat,

stirring constantly until well blended. Continue to cook

without stirring to 234 degrees or until syrup, when

sropped into very cold water, forms a soft ball which flat-

tens when removed from water. Bulb of cancy ther-

mometer should not rest on bottom of saucepan.

Remove from heat. Add butter, vanilla and marshmallow

crme. Do not stir. Cool at room temperature to 110 deg

(lukewarm). Beat with wooden spoon until fudge loses

glass (fudge will hold shape). Quickly spread into

prepared pan; cool. Cut into squares. Makes 3 dozen.

3 cans Eaglebrand Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 Packages Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Mix all together and form into small balls. Roll each ball

in sweetened shredded coconut and chill.

Sweet Cheese 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions:

Take the label off the can and put it in a small pot with

water to just cover. Time it when it beings to boil for 1

hour. Do noT TouCH THE CAn. Turn off heat and

let it set for 1 hour undisturbed.

When cool to touch, open the can, it will have turned a

honey-like consistency, spreadable and ready to go.

Oatmeal Fudge/CookiesIngredients: 2 Cups of Sugar 4 TBSP of Hershey Cocoa 1/2 Cup of Whole Milk 1 stick of real Butter 2 1/2 Cups of oatmeal 1/2 Cup of plain Peanut Butter 2 Tsp of real VanillaDirections:Mix the first four ingredients into a large pot and bring toa boil to soft ball. Take off the heat and add the last threeingredients.If you are using a candy thermometer, you want to get tosoft ball, or it will not harden enough. If you dont have acandy themometer, you can use the drip into cold watermethod. If the drop forms a ball before it hits the bot-tom, it is done. If you go past soft ball, it will hardenbefore you can get out of the pan.

To make this, you put the four ingredients into a largesauce pot, (copper clad pot recommended). on mediumheat, bring to a boil, you need to stir constantly, or it willburn (use a large metal or wood spoon). When it starts toboil, keep stirring until you get a soft ball. The last fewdegrees always take a long time, but it will get there, or itwill not set. once you get to soft ball, take off heat, stir inthe oatmeal, plain peanut butter and vanilla. You will nothave about 3 to 5 minutes to get it out of the pot andonto wax paper or foil.

2 TBSP Dijon Mustard

1 1/2 Tsp dried Basil

1 Tsp Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp oregano

2 Garlic Cloves, crushed

2 TBSP Crab Boil

1/2 Tsp Tabasco Sauce

1 1/2 lbs large uncooked, unpeeled Shrimp

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Fry bacon, add butter, Dijon

mustard, chili powder, basil, pepper, oregano, garlic

cloves, crab boil and Tabasco Sauce. Simmer for five

minutes, stirring occasionally. In a large baking pan pour

the ingredients over the shrimp. Bake uncovered for 20

minutes, tossing the shrimp mid-way through cooking.

Pumpkin Custard CakeIngredients:

1 Box of Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix

2 Cans of Pumpkin Puree (1 and 3/4 cans)

1 TBSP Cinnamon

Icing Ingredients:

1 - 2 TBSP Cinnamon (adjust to taste)

2 Cups Powdered Sugar

1/2 Cup Melted Butter

1 TBSP Vanilla

1 Bundt Pan

Directions:

Follow directions of back of cake mix and add the cans of

pumpkin. Before pouring batter into bundt pan, spray with non-

stick cooking spray. Sprinkle cinnamon inside the pan and then

pour batter into pan. Bake according to directions on cake box

(350 for 35-45 minutes). Bake until knife comes out clean.

For Icing: mix all the ingredients together except for cinnamon.

Gradually add cinnamon until you are satisfied with the taste.

Before adding icing, give the cake about 15 minutes to cool

down. Ad usual, turn pan unpside down onto plate, and then

drizzle icing over top of cake.

Wrap cake in foil or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at

least 3 to 4 hours. Its best to let it sit overnight. The cake will

have a very moist custard-like texture. This Pumpking Cake does

noT need to be completely cool before adding icing.

Hot Crab SpreadIngredients:

8 ounces Cream Cheese

1/2 Tsp Cream Style

Horseradish

6 1/2 oz can

Flaked Crab Meat

2 TBSP finely Chopped onion

1 TBSP Milk

1/4 Tsp Salt

dash Pepper

1/2 Cup of Toasted Slivered Almonds.

Directions:

Combine and blend well. Spoon into oven proof

dish. Sprinkle with 1/3 Cup of Toasted Slivered

Almonds. Bake in a 375 oven for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with

crackers.

Thanksgiving RollsIngredients: 1 1/2 Cup Milk 1 stick Butter 1/2 Cup Sugar 3 pkg Yeast 1 TBSP Sugar 1/2 Cup Warm Water (100-110 F) 2 Eggs 8 Cups Flour

Directions:Scald 1 1/2 cups milk. Melt one stick of butter and 1/2 cupsugar in the milk and let it cool. Mix 3 pkg. of yeast, 1 TBSPsugar and 1/2 cup warm water and let stand 10 minutes. Mixthe two mixtures together with 2 eggs, mixing thoroughly. Add7-8 cups flour. Knead and let rise until double. Make into rollsand let rise. Bake at 350F until brown (about 20 minutes).Rub butter on top and freeze. Reheat at 425F in foil untilwarm.

Corn FrittersIngredients: 16 1/2 oz Creamed Corn 1/2 Tsp Salt 2 Eggs 1 TBSP oil 1/4 Cup Cream 2 1/3 Cups Flour 2 Tsp Baking Powder

Directions:Mix the above ingredients. Fry in deep fat at 350.
