REPORTING AND FINAL EXECUTION OF ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE 2012 FVSU NAA CONFERENCE
– PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO VARIOUS COMMITTEES– DEVELOP MASTER MILESTONE SCHEDULE OF
ALL CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES– MEET REGULARLY WITH VARIOUS COMMITTEES– REPORT PROGRESS TO CHAPTER AND
DISTRICT V REP.

RESPONSIBILITIES• LOGISTICS STAFF
– The logistics staff is a unit of the Planning Steering Committee tasked with the oversight responsibilities of ensuring that all conference activities are planned and executed as scheduled and without conflict with other functions.
– Specifically, the staff’s primary responsibilities are to
coordinate with the relevant planning committees and maintain the master schedule of committee activities to include the scheduling of meeting rooms, use of audio equipment, computers, delivery of print jobs, transportation arrangements and pick-up of VIP guests (as designated by the Steering Committee), shuttle bus services, sight-seeing activities, entertainment and/or vendor arrangements, etc.
