• District-wide rebranding initiative will begin before the end of 2011 and will continue into the early part of 2012

• We’ve already kicked off the website redesign initiative that will be completed in 2012. Significant savings to the District by designing the site completely in house

• Continue to engage the CAPRA marketing/promotional plan

• Revisit the National Recognition Plan and set some new targets to continue to fulfill this initiative

• Focus on redeveloping our sponsorship program and set achievable goals with regard to participation and sponsor dollars received
