History of ChocolateThousands of years ago the ancient

Maya and Aztec civilizations of Central

America discovered this sweet magic.

Cocoa trees grew wild in the jungle,

and they used them to make a spicy,

rather bitter drink for special occasions.

Centuries later after the fall of the

Aztec Empire the Conquistador Hernan

Cortes brought cocoa beans across the

ocean to Spain. Gradually chocolate

spread across Europe – it was the

fashionable dessert of Kings and

Queens, the nobility and the rich, just

like caviar or champagne today. At the

end of the 19th Century milk was

added, and at last Joseph Fry devised a

way of making chocolate

solid by mixing some of the cocoa

butter back into the Dutch chocolate.

But it wasn’t until the 20th century that

chocolate became affordable for

everyone.

CurlingThis is Curling is really an old sport, but still funny and actual. The oldest picture, which records the curling players, is the oil-painting of Pieter Brueghel’s from the year 1565.

Let´s have fun on tournament with your colleagues. The winter time is the best period for this racing. Have you ever played this game? Try one's luck now!

Curling has been described as the

Roarin Game, with the roar coming

from the noise of granite stone as it

travels over the ice. The exact origins

of the game, however, are unclear, but

curling is widely believed to be one of

the world´s oldest team sports.

What is clear, however, is that what

may have started as an enjoyable

pastime of throwing stones over ice

during a harsh Northern European

winter, has evolved into a popular

modern sport with its own World

Championships attracting fans and

large television audiences.

Arrival at the venue. Welcome with

warm drinks and presentation of the

program and rules by our professional

team. Each team needs at minimum 4

players. The game can start.

The points can be counted in of the

rules. This sport is a prop for

teamwork. Rewards ceremony closes

the program.

Christmas

Czech Christmas Eve and Christmas

Day are celebrated on December 24th

and 25th, respectively. While this

special holiday is celebrated with

family, guests to the Czech Republic

can also enjoy public Christmas

festivities, like the Christmas tree in

Old Town Prague and the famous

Prague Christmas Market. You can

enjoy live nativity scenes, ice skating,

and other Czech Christmas traditions.

CHRISTMAS TRADITIONS

The Christmas tree is decorated with

traditional ornaments, apples and

sweets. Christmas Eve is associated

with many superstitions that usually

relate to life, love, and destiny that

awaits one in the year to come. The

traditional Czech Christmas Eve menu

had different forms in different

regions. Dinner is served after sunset

(traditionally, it should not be served

until after the first star has come out)

and consists of carp and potato salad,

sometimes preceded by mushroom,

sauerkraut or fish soup.

ITINERARY

Upon arrival at the venue, grilled

chestnuts and mulled wine will be

served by the waiters in period

costumes.

The Live Bethlehem statues can be

seen, Christmas carols are performed

by a choir and fanfares blow. In the

wooden stalls craftsmen demonstrate

their arts. Guests can try their hand

at decorating gingerbread or lead

casting into hot water, glass painting

and candlestick producing or

decorating the Christmas tree.

Our chef will teach how to cook fancy

bread and Christmas sweets which

are then baked in the oven. Music of

old Bohemian carols and songs by a

children choir will be performed

application are various: locate positions

using GPS, find the shortest route,

solve logical tasks and quizzes during a

video and audio and to manage a photo

gallery, etc. One of the funny games is

the Hunt of Maffia, which we present to

you.

Welcome to the world of Maffia.

Historical Prague is under its rule. The

city is controlled by its members to an

unparalleled extent. Black market and

smuggling are striving, murders and

kidnappings happen on a daily basis

and corruption is omnipresent – it has

reached the highest ranks of the police

force and even politics. Despite this

there sill are these who are not

indifferent. The last uncorrupted police

officer has asked foreign colleagues

from special departments for help.

And your time is coming. The task will

be difficult, but basically a very simple

one. You must disguise yourselves as

tourists and try to disrupt the activities

of mafia, discredit it and thus save the

city. Don´t trust anyone, but know that

we trust you.

South Bohemia

Welcome to South Bohemia - a region

of untouched natural beauty and

and arrange for departure to Southern

Bohemia. On the way, you will have an

excellent opportunity to admire the

beautiful landscape. We start with visit

of the most beautiful castle in the

Czech Republic -Hluboka. We will

continue with visit of absolutely

amazing city of Ceske Budejovice and

with its famous Budwar Brewery where

a lunch will be arranged for. During our

travel back, we will visit a unique

village of Holasovice, which is

registered under UNESCO Heritage

World List.

Hluboka Castle

A medieval castle was built here in 13th

century. In 19th century, the chateau

was rebuilt to the romantic neo-Gothic

Windsor style which remained till

present. The extremely rich interior

furnishings of the castle complement

valuable carvings and stucco work, a

collection of tapestries, paintings,

glass, porcelain and weapons.

Ceske Budejovice

Ceske Budejovice is the economic and

cultural Capital of southern Bohemia; it

is called The Czech Florence. There is a

number of notable landmarks such as

its unique and perfectly shaped town

square, the largest in the Czech

Republic, surrounded by Gothic and

Renaissance houses with arcades.

Brewery Budwar

Surrounded by the aroma of the malt

and hops you will probe into the secrets

of the century’s old tradition

incorporated in the modern technology

of producing the Original Czech

Premium Lager Budweiser Budvar.

Holasovice

In Holašovice you can find an

exceptionally complete and well-

preserved example of a traditional

central European village. The local

unique set of buildings in the style of

folk baroque from the 70s of 19th

century is a unique unit, which is from

1995 and village monument reserve in

1998 was registered as a UNESCO

World Heritage Site.

Sustainability?

A sustainable event conserves and

restores resources, honours and

supports those involved, adds value to

the local economy, and educates

participants about the benefits of

sustainability.

It is our aim to show you a nice local

example of sustainable activity. And

because we believe that the each of us

can do very little to contribute, the

whole program will be set with respect

to very basic rules: using eco friendly

ways of transportation, focusing on

“bio” food and beverages, etc.

The Botanicus Company was founded in

1992 as a family farm – manufactory

producing genuine natural products

from home-grown horticultural

products. The garden Complex located

in the small agricultural village of

Ostra, is a combination of educational

and production areas, recreational and

historical zones. It is completed by the

start of a long term Arboretum project.

The hand-made products are sold

exclusively under the brand Botanicus

retail outlets both in Czech and abroad.

The schedule of the visit can be

adapted according the client’s wish:

rather informative or educational with

some activities.

Upon arrival to the Agnes monastery,

monk band welcome guests. The entire

atmosphere is built up “monastically”.

All staff will be wearing religious

costumes and the music will also be

chosen accordingly. The programme

could be built up with special period

performances as short organ recital,

horn players, ensemble of historical

instruments plays late Baroque and

renaissance music, show with replicas

of historical instruments, exhibition of

baroque dances, and chamber music

orchestra play background music

during the dinner. For your event

special “Bio” catering to match with the

spirit of the event.

Let´s have exciting time! The Czech Republic is one of the few countries to have a sport more popular than football, but being regular world champions at ice hockey have, not surprisingly, made it the national sport. They first won the world title in 1947 and have repeated the feat 11 times since then, the most recent being back in may 2001. So why not combine your visit to Prague with an ice skating experience of a life time!

The programme we offer is suitable for

both beginners and advanced players.

It is suitable for men and women of all

ages.

Skating skills are not required

Competitions can be set up depending

on the size of the group, with

interesting prizes to be won!

Professional trainers will be on site at

all times, teaching you the skills of the

sport.

Transfer from your hotel to the ice rink

where you will be welcomed by the

trainers who will present a brief

overview about the rules of the game

and the programme that has been set

up for the day.

You will then be led to the dressing

room, where each participant will

receive their complete ice hockey

protective gear as well as their own

jersey. Upon request the jersey can

also feature the company logo as well

as the player´s name. Each participant

can even take the jersey home!

Participants will be divided into groups

and the winning team will be awarded

the Champions Cup presented at the

evening ceremony

Ice hockey is considered as a national

sport in the Czech Republic. It is not by

chance that it won several international

rewards (11 times World champion and

Olympic champion in 1998).

Does not matter if you are a total

beginner or an advance player. This

programme is suitable for men and

women of all ages. Professionals will

take good care of you since the

dressing room till the ice ring.

Fun on ice offers the opportunity to

experience the unique presentation

about the ´team life´ philosophy for

success.

After the arrival to the ice stadium you

will be welcomed by the warm drinks

and you will get the presentation of the

whole program by your trainer.

In the dressing room, the perfect fitting

equipment will be prepared for you. For

the sportive ones, we can put to the

back of dress your own name or name

of your company and this can be kept

by you as a give-aways.

Get dressed into the ´sexy´ underwear

and do your stretching with one of our

trainers. This will decrease the chance

of spraining your muscles.

After going through a short warm-up,

teams are set and the game can start.

Rewards ceremony closes the program.

Prague Gardens & Forests

The City of Prague can be rightfully

proud of its more than two hundred

historical gardens and parks, some of

them dating as far back as the Middle

Ages. The majority of the earliest

gardens belonged to monasteries. The

Renaissance brought quite a few

private ones surrounding palaces and

town houses. Every epoch brought its

own style into garden design giving the

gardens a certain look and layout. The

design reflected the period’s

philosophy and understanding of

space. In order to enjoy them today,

we also have to learn how to

understand and protect them

Philosophy

The garden eco team building activity

is simple - your team challenge is to

co-ordinate a garden makeover. This

special event provides great

opportunity for you to gain insight into

gardening, how plants grow and the

importance of environmental

sustainability.

The great sense of team achievement

accomplished through this activity is

invaluable. Whilst focusing on the task

at hand, your team will automatically

feel a great sense of unity – one goal

and one vision. At the same time this

team building event allows your group

to put something back into the

community.

Activity

We will start with the short briefing at

the hotel and divide the group into

small teams. Every member gets

overalls and gloves. Now it´s time to

get your hands dirty (according to the

season and occasion). This activity is

provided under the patronage of a

local forest council, which is in change

of the public forests and gardens in the

Prague area. We will start the fun with

a special series of competitions and

exercises like relay with hand barrows,

timed sweeping and carry on with

gardening techniques, tree trimming,

planting etc. At the end of the day, a

team photo and gift from mother

nature will be the reward for everyone.

This program runs only during the

summer season.

Czech Crystal in NizborThe Czech Republic is famous for its glass industry. When the word "crystal" is used most people think of Bohemian crystal. Learn about the history and contemporary period of glass production in Bohemia and visit one of the Czech Republic's most renowned glass producing factories. The most famous factory is situated in Nižbor, small village in a picturesque valley of the Berounka river. This town is home to the traditional glass factory Rückl & Sohn.

Glass Factory Rückl & Sohn

It was the 18th century - the period of

renaissance when Petr Ruckl, the man

who made an indelible mark in the

history of glassmaking was born. He

was the first Bohemian born member of

the Swiss kin of master glass crafters

associated with the traditional

excellence in what is known worldwide

as Bohemia Glass. The glass factory

has become world famous with its

ros é-colored Italian and cut glass and

until today it has enjoyed great

veneration due to the high quality and

distinctiveness of the products. Crystal

from this glass factory has been

presented to Bill Clinton, Pope John

Paul II and Queen Elizabeth II during

official state visits.

Glass Blowing Workshop

After arrival at the glass factory the

costumed waiters welcome you with

welcome drink and the gaffer greets

you and invites you to the factory. You

dress in a special apron and receive

instructions from a glass expert. The

equipment is arranged in a special

area, called blast room. This is a unique

and rare opportunity to create your

own glass art at the furnace. Under the

guidance of experienced instructors,

you will learn the many different ways

of forming molten glass, including

blowing and solid working.

The refreshment is arranged. This

activity can be recorded on a DVD as a

great souvenir.

improve the surroundings in which the

children can develop socially,

emotionally, physically and

intellectually. How does “designing a

new playground swing set” sound to

you? Or maybe you just want to help

with snow clearing at the local

kindergarten?

Philosophy

This special event develops the morale

in your team. Helping others brings

great satisfaction for any individual, but

also nurtures communication within the

team, promoting a better

understanding. It is a way of assessing

yourself in terms of strengths and

weaknesses. When the group members

understand and establish respect for

one another, a high morale can develop

into more positive attitude towards

work.

This team building is without a doubt a

vital step towards boosting the

employees' performance

Activity

After short briefing with the group at

the hotel and after establishing the goal

of the day, the team is transported to

the activity location. It can be a public

kindergarten or an orphanage. The aim

for the group is to design and create a

new playground, pick colours and paint

a new fence around the building, do

gardening and clean, plant seeds or

bulbs, snow shovel, reconstruct the

school building etc. Particular tasks

depend on the actual need and

situation. And what awaits at the end?

You knew it when you signed up – a

great feeling of satisfaction and a group

photo with the children.

100 spires?

This name come from beginning of 19th

century, the number of spires was in

Prague 103. Nowadays Prague has

more than 500 spires.

This tour will take you to the top of the

most famous ones:

Petrin Tower

Castle Tower

Charles Bridge Tower

Astronomical Clock Tower

And Power Tower.

An itinerary will be set according to the

time available.

The meeting point of the tour will be

advice and the trip will finish in the city

centre, where you can find a lot of

shops and restaurants.

The spectacular restaurant Zvonice is

located on the 7th floor of the Jindriska

tower. It is only restaurant situated

right –over bell frame.

There you can enjoy view of the

Wenceslas Square, Senovazne Square

as well as a lovely panorama over

Prague spires.

The menu is expensive, but not

overwhelming, covering a good range

of salads, pasta, vegetarian, fish, and

meat and poultry dishes.

Is it your dream to fly in an army turbo

jet airplane? Did you think that this was

not possible? Come to the Czech

Republic and enjoy the experience the

skills of Czech pilots on board of L-39C!

You have a unique opportunity to fly

fighter L-39C Albatross! As a civilian

you are able to experience what only

military pilots were allowed to in the

past. L-39C Albatross is one of the

most successful jet aircraft, with has

trained elite fighter pilots around the

world.

Your flight:

Upon arrival at the airport (about 1

hour outside of Prague) you will be

introduce to the airplane L-39C

Albatross OK Jet and its historical

development. During pre-flight training

an emergency ejection will be

simulated. Your pilot or aircraft

technician will introduce you to all

details of the cockpit.

You should now be ready for the flight.

Your personal and physical limits have

been discussed and according to these

a professional pilot will fly the jet.

Finally the flight comes under the

guidance of a professional pilot. The

duration of the flight will be at least 15

minutes.

Restrictions:

The minimum age is 18 years and a

statement from a doctor to air

classification A2 is required. Should

you not this statement, you will be

provided with a qualified doctor.

Clothes:

The cabin is air-conditioned; you will

receive the necessary clothing.

Teambuilding

Create your very own piece of art. Use

your artistic flair to paint a piece of

glass which we will then heat up and

mould in the kiln at 800°C. Your own

glass bowl will be ready the following

day, providing you with a lasting and

unique souvenir of your stay in Prague.

Wine tasting

After a job well done, accept the

Nelahozeves castle

The monumental castle of Nelahozeves,

one of the Bohemian´s finest

Renaissance castles, is located 25

kilometres north of Prague high above

the Vltava River.

Nelahozeves castle is an example of

the castello fortezza, a style deemed

very modern around 1550. The castle

builder Florian Griespeck, a high

educated aristocrat, served as private

secretary and close adviser to Emperor

Ferdinand I. In 1623, the castle was

purchased Princess Polyxena Lobkowicz

and has been owned by the family ever

since. After the overthrow of

Communisms the castle was returned

to the Lobkowicz family in 1993. Castle

interior was re-installed with historical

period rooms depicting the lifestyle and

objects with which different Lobkowicz

Princes and Princesses lived through

the centuries –

in a permanent exhibition entitled

¨Private Spaces: A Noble Family at

Home¨.

Programme:

Upon arrival you will be welcomed with

fanfares by costumed trumpeters at the

castle windows. Waiters will serve

welcome drink; you will have an

opportunity to see the period fencer´s

fighting, presentation of medieval

dancers, jugglers, conjures and of

course live music. You can try their

artistic skills on making small handy

crafts such as hand made baskets

wiring, making candles, decorating

gingerbread, minting coins and painting

the coat-of arms. The horse

tournament can be arranged.

What the event is about?

This most important and most

frequented range of mountains,

forming the highest point in the 1200

kilometres Carpathian arc, is the pride

of the Slovak landscape. Its long,

slopes make it a magnificent panorama.

Mountain tarns and waterfalls, rare

flora and fauna- there is part of the

wealth of the National Park, which

includes this entire Mountain range.

This small, but beautiful alpine

mountain range, with its pleasant

climate, is an ideal destination for

nature lovers.

The adventure into the High Tatras

starts with the traditional Slovak

welcome: bread & salt. After a

fascinating ride by the ¨Tatra¨

panoramic train follows a visit to the

typical sheep farm. Guests can watch

the milkmaid prepare some of the

specially-made cheese delicacies and

taste the famous sheep cheese potato

gnocchi. Have your pictures taken with

a real bear and get robbed by Slovak

¨King of Thieves¨- Robin Hood. All you

valuables will be returned during a

large get together in the evening in a

wooden cottage, where original Slovak

cuisine will be served, Folklore music

will be played and traditional dance will

be present.

through the city and get to know it

The activity in details

Bicycles will be delivered to the hotel.

In case the hotel is too far away from

the city centre, a transfer can be

historical tramways. This typical way of

Prague Castle

The Prague Castle looks almost like a

small town itself. It is the largest

ancient castle in the world. An average

of 570 m long and 128 wide.

It is also the place where the Czech

Kings, Holy Roman Emperors and

Presidents of the Czech Republic had

their offices.

History dates back to the 9th century

when Prince Borivoj founded and

fortified settlement here. You will be

guided through the monumental

complex and you will be shown the

major sights during this visit.

Historical tramway

The oldest coaches date back to the

beginning of the 20th century. We will

have a selection of the oldest coaches

prepared especially for your group. The

itinerary will start by gathering at a set

meeting point which is the closest tram

stop to the hotel.

The West Bohemian Triangle

The three spa cities in West Bohemia

Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně and

Františkovy Lázně – are known as the

West Bohemian Spa Triangle. The

Bohemian Triangle is registered on the

UNESCO world heritage list. Today we

are pleased to introduce you the largest

of the Spa Cities – Karlovy Vary.

Karlovy Vary is undoubtedly the most

popular and frequented Czech Spa.

According to a legend, the local warm

springs were discovered in 1358 by the

Roman Emperor and Bohemian King

Charles IV while hunting. Several

sculptures are situated in town and a

look-out point named after him, in

order to commemorate the King and

his fortuity. The real boom of mineral

water treatments in this location arrive

early in the 18th century, and since that

time the mostly local clientele has

acquired a more international

character. The hot springs became a

favourite meeting point where

scene and the nobility liked to be seen.

the Spa Cities –the city of Mariánské

Lázně.

The town Marianske Lazně is situated

in a picturesque valley in the midst of

beautiful countryside. The clean air, spa

woods, magnificent architecture, rich

cultural and social life create the

unique atmosphere of this much

sought after spa town. Marianske

Lazne was founded at the beginning of

the 19th century. The

Premonstratensians of the nearby Tepla

Monastery deserve credit for the

creation of the spa town, in particular,

the Abbot Reitenberger and Dr. Nehr,

the superintendent of the Tepla

Monastery, who wanted to develop a

spa town. The landscaping architect

Vaclav Skalnik was put in charge of the

project of draining the marshy valley

and once the necessary

landscaping was completed, he put

the finishing touches to the scenery

making the parks gradually transcend

into the adjacent forests. Disorders

Venue

Welcome to our military base, near

Prague for your private tank driving

session… You will have a unique chance

to be a tank commander and drive a

real tank or armoured vehicle. This

camp was left by the Soviet Army after

the Velvet Revolution and you will have

an opportunity to experience the trill of

driving a tank.

After your arrival at the venue the

professional team from Czech Army

welcomes you and makes a short

presentation regarding the tank

operation. The clients are split into

smaller teams. The special equipment

is prepared, special army jump suit

(army trousers, army vest and special

helmet for driver). You report to the

tank commanders and they invite you

to tanks. After the first lesson, you can

test your knowledge and skills! You can

also travel as a passenger only in the

tank. No shooting or war games, only

fun!!

For those interested they are always

welcome to give a hand at the kitchen

truck with the preparation of the typical

goulash!

After the event you can view other

army vehicles in the collection.

This activity can be recorded by a

cameraman and the DVD can be given

to the clients as the souvenir.

car “Trabant”!

This car signifies freedom from the

communist dictatorship to most

German citizens. Before the falling of

the wall, some inhabitants of East

Berlin would use a Trabant car to pass

“checkpoint Charlie” to enter western

Germany.

Here is your chance to put your driving

skills to the test behind the wheel of a

veteran Trabant vehicle.

A most amusing and exciting way to

discover the beautiful city of Prague.

The itinerary in detail

The day starts with a short

presentation of the Trabant´s history

and its sophisticated equipment, as well

as a short instruction on how to drive

the vehicle. It may seem simple, but

we suggest you review the basics!

will lead the way. Several stops are

incorporated with different tasks to

complete: driving blindfolded, slalom

drive, parking the car, challenging the

space of the boot, etc.

Cold atmosphere – hot program

Just let it now, let it snow...

Winter atmosphere will be set out of

the venue

Guests will be immersed in an icy oasis

of frost and snow. A wintery landscape

will already greet the guests in front of

the venue. The perfect illusion of a

cold, snowy night.

Inside the main hall, a sparkling

fantasy castle of pure white resides on

the back stage. Overhead, lengths of

sheer white fabric stretch across the

ceiling, interwoven with a host of

twinkling black lights.

Oversized glittering and lit snowflakes

float in suspended animation.

Guests will be enchanted as they dine

at magnificent white tables illuminated

with a surreal glow.

Upon arrival at the venue, guests will

be treated with grilled chestnuts and

mulled wine while in the yard Christmas

carols are performed by a choir. The

evening programme consists of several

performances of local artists, including

famous 4TET, an acrobatic air ballet

and for entertainment after dinner.
