GOAL 1: EXPAND OUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP IN NUMBER AND IN DIVERSITY

• Focus 50% of our membership efforts on retention and keeping current members actively collaborating in support of our club and Rotary International.

• Actively reach out to memberships of the Crystal City-Pentagon community – professionals, parents (Wakefield, and Gunston) and business owners – to get more Crystal City/ Pentagon representation in the club.

GOAL 2: INCREASE CLUB PARTICIPATION IN PROJECTS AND EVENTS

• All members of the club actively participate in services projects every year.

• Increase club member presence at Rotary conferences, events, and leadership programs (RLI).

GOAL 3: ENHANCE OUR FUND RAISING EFFORTS

• Create a transparent and accountable project lifecycle.

• Increase corporate sponsorship of Golf Tournament.

• Identify alternate avenues of fundraising.

• Share successes with the rest of the community, District and Worldwide
