Ancho Gigantea Dark green heart-shaped 3" - 4" almost black fruit. Called "Poblano" when fresh and green and "Ancho" when dried. The standard Mexican variety for sauces and stuffing. Not real hot. Bhut Jolokia The world's hottest pepper!! Found in India, the plant is large and bushy. It takes about 120 days to mature. Fruit are 3" long with green tip ripening to red. They measure nearly 1 million on the scoville unit scale. Be careful with these! Big Jim A large chili with 12" long fruit that's not real hot. This pepper is great for Chiles Rellenos. Bulgarian Carrot Heirloom florescent orange fruit 1" x 3.5" long borne in large clusters. Very Hot! Cayenne Blend These peppers will add a rainbow blend of cayenne varieties to your garden. Fruit are red, orange, yellow, purple and green and are prolific producers Cyklon Polish pepper that has good flavor. Fruit is 4" - 5" long and 2" wide and tapered. Hot! El Jefe Hybrid, large smooth jalapeno that is high yielding. Fruit is hot and has less cracks ion the skin. Fajita The best large-fruited, early maturing hot pepper on the market. Fruit are not real hot, 4-lobed on compact plants. Hinkelhatz Heirloom pepper that ripens from green to red. 3/4" x 2", great for pickling and making vinegars. Very Hot. Hot Portugal Heirloom hot pepper with 6" long elongated fruit with medium heat. Inferno Hybrid, very productive banana type, medium green to yellow fruit 8" x 1.5". Hot and great for salsa! Lemon Drop Bright yellow conical fruit that is 2.5" long with very few seeds. Intensely hot with a citrus flavor. Mushroom (Squash) Pan shaped fruit that is 2" across, very good producer. Fruit is hot and will turn red when mature, great pickled or dried. Nepalese Bell Bell-shaped fruit are 3-4" across and have a thin crisp flesh that ripens from green to red. Sweet taste on outer edges but hot near seeds. Serrano del Sol Early producer of Serrano type peppers that are also larger than the rest, 3" long. Fruit is green and matures to red, heavy yields. Hot!

2011HOT PEPPERS

Amando

A very hot pepper with 7" long by 1" wide fruit that ripens to a dark red, a heavy producer.

Ancho Gigantea
