please fill out section “A”. If you would like us to put your logo on your blankets, please fill out Section “B”.

4. Your Namedrop location will depend on the blanket style. 103 & 106 style blankets will be Namedropped in the center (belly) area. 102 & 109 blankets will be Namedropped on the rear hip.
