Instructions For Thank You Letters All 4-H members attending Texas 4-H Roundup are asked to write thank you notes to the donors of their specific contest(s). All thank you notes should be turned in to either the Contest Superintendent or to Roundup Headquarters in Koldus 110/111. Thank you notes should:

• Thank the donor for their support and contribution to Texas 4-H Roundup and the specific contest. • Include facts about you such as where you are from, the 4-H projects involved in, how long you have been in 4-H, and what you have gained

from participating in the project/contest, etc. • Be written clearly with good grammar and correct spelling.

All thank you notes must: • In a sealed envelope • Have the donors address on the front of the envelope. • Have a stamp adhered securely to the envelope.
