How is parking assigned?————————————————————————All parking is re-assigned each year based on rank in the Wolfpack Club. If a donor has apreference for a certain space or area, it is strongly encouraged that he/she make a clearrequest on the applicationwhen ordering parking. Please pay closeattention to the Projected Rank Cutoffs, and Priority Parking Limitswhen making this request. It is also encouraged that donors makemore than one request, in case the first choice is not available. Pleasenote that certain areas of a lot may fill upmuch quicker by rank thanother parts of a lot. For instance, although the projected cutoff for acertain lotmay be a rank of 2,500, the cutoff to park by an end spaceor a grassy areamay endupbeing 1,200. In this case, please indicatewhich is more important; an island/grassy area or proximity to thestadium. By choosing proximity, it might mean giving up an islandor grassy area. Please be very specific. Do not leave anything up forinterpretation. Note: Parking permits will not be assigned onWolfpack Club rankwithout an order for season tickets.

• Do not be afraid to be too specific.

Will I get the sameparking as last year?——————————————————Notnecessarily.Allparking is re-assignedeachyearbytheWolfpackClub.Allordersareput in rankorder, and then assigned. If a donorwould like to park in a similar location fromaprevious year,it is strongly encouraged that he/shemakea clear request indicatinganyparkingpreferences. Itis best not to assume that thiswill automatically occur.

Key Points

Parkingwith otherWolfpack ClubMembers————————————————Parking in groups is an important tradition amongmanyWolfpack Clubfans.To ensure that your group ismaintained,make sure that all requestsarecoordinated together. Eachperson’sapplicationshouldhave identicalinformation, including:

– The ticket numbers of each person in the group– The name that is listed on each person’s application– The rank for each person in the group– Any parking requests

Remember, in group parking, the entire group is assigned on thepersonwith thehighest (not best) rank.Therefore, it is recommendedthat groups pay close attention to the Projected Rank Cutoffs whenselecting groups.

Key Points

• Each application should have the same information on it.

• Group parking is assigned on the personwith the highest (not best) rank.

Special Needs/Handicap Parking ————————————————————Donors with official state handicap permits may apply for one of theofficial designatedhandicap spaces surroundingCarter-Finley Stadium.Please include a copy of the state permit and proof of ownership withyour order, even if you submitted one last year. Note: If officialdesignated handicap spaces are exhausted, the donor will beassigned in the next best available location with consideration totheir special needs request. This may result in an assignment ofCardinal Gibbons High School, where special needs patrons andtheir guests can ride a shuttle to and from the stadium.

Donorswithoutanofficial state issuedpermit,but still needingspecialneeds parking, may use the request area on the back of the ticketapplication toask forconsiderationwhenparkingspacesareassigned.

Note: If close proximity parking is exhausted, patrons may be placed in Cardinal Gibbons,where special needspatrons and their guests can ride a shuttle to and from the stadium.

• Cardinal Gibbons High Schoolmay be used as a location for donors with specialneeds requests.

Faculty/Staff andVarsity Club Parking——————————————————Faculty/Staff andVarsity Clubparkingwill remain in the area behind the Southeast lot. Thoseseason ticket holders who are part of these two groups will continue to receive acomplimentary parking pass for this lot. This complimentary pass will be assigned onWolfpackClubpriority. In the event that this lot reaches capacity, donorswill be shifted to theTrinity or TX lot based on rank in theWolfpack Club.

Trinity,TX, andCardinal Gibbons—————————————————————To increase the number of parking spaces available for donors, the Wolfpack Club may renttheTrinity,TX, and theCardinalGibbonsLots.These lots are considered tobe“reserved”parking.This means that even though they are not numbered, only cars with the designated permitswill be allowed to park in that lot. Note: If a donor’s rank is above 7,000, one can expect topark in one of these lots.

Ordering Extra Parking Passes——————————————————————Before placing an order for parking, please pay close attention to the Priority Parking Limitsassociatedwith thedifferent giving levels in theWolfpackClub. Adonorwill be charged for allparking that is orderedwhen the application is submitted. All non-priority parking passeswillbe assigned toadifferent lot fromadonor’s priorityparking space.There is not aguarantee thatall non-priorityparkingwill be available. In theevent that adonordoesnotqualify for aparkingpass, a full refundwill be given.

Key Point

• All non-priority parking is based on availability, andwill be assigned in a differentlot from a donor’s priority parking space (most likely in theTX lot).

MotorhomeParking———————————————————————————Motorhomeparking is assignedby rank in theWolfpack Club.The size of themotorhomemaybe taken into account aswell.Motorhome permits will count as a donor’s priority parkingpass. There are only 47 motorhome spaces. If a donor doesnot qualify for motorhome parking, a refund will be given.Every effort will be made to accommodate each donor withrespect to the priority system and their motorhomespecifications.

Key Points

• Motorhomeparking is re-assigned every year based on rank in theWolfpack Club.

• Motorhome permits count as a donor’s priority parking pass.
