Subdivision InformationADAMS POINT: I-40 east from Raleigh to exit 312 - TR on hwy 42 - TL on Old Drug Store Rd. Go 1.2 miles & TR into Adams Point.At community pool make a right. Home will be on the right.

BROOK RUN: I-40 to exit 319, RT on hwy 210, RT on hwy 50, RT on Church Rd, RT on BH Parrish. Subdivision on your left. Or I-40to exit 312, RT on hwy 42, LT on Cleveland School Rd, RT on Raleigh Rd, RT on Sanders Rd, LT on Watson, LT on BH Parrish.

BRYERSTONE: Take I-40 East to exit 312, turn right onto Highway 42 West. Proceed approx. 4.5 miles to Rock Service Station Roadand turn left. Proceed approx. 4 miles and cross over Mt. Peasant Road to Jackson King Road. Community is a couple miles aheadon the left.

CARRIAGE CREEK: I-40 East to US 70 Bypass (Exit 309), Take Ranch Road Exit, Bottom of ramp (stoplight) take Right onto RanchRoad, continue to Stop Sign and take Left onto Lee Road, travel to Stop Sign and take Right onto Hwy. 1010 (Cleveland SchoolRoad), Carriage Creek Subdivision will be ¼ mile on your Left.

CLOVERDALE: Hwy 70 East from Smithfield, Cross the bridge at Holts Pond (Decon Jones House), Immediately turn right ontoPondfield Road, go to the end of Pondfield (approx. 1/2 mile). Turn left onto Holts Pond Road (sign also calls this ProgressiveChurch Road). Go approx. 1 mile, take second right which is Cloverdale Farm. Once in the subdivision, take second left (OakleyDrive) First house on left.

GLEN LAUREL: I-40 East to Hwy 70 East via Exit 306 toward Clayton. Left onto Hwy 42 East, Right onto Glen Laurel, Left ontoBirkdale, Left onto Neuse Ridge, Left onto Kensington, Right onto Grantwood, Left onto Middlecrest, Left onto Riverglade.

HERITAGE FARMS: East on I40 to exit 312. Right onto Hwy 42, left onto Cleveland Road at CVS Drug store. Right onto CornwallisRoad – Heritage Farms just passed Cleveland Middle School.

LANGDON POINTE: From Raleigh, I40 East to exit 312. Right onto Hwy 42, left onto 1010 at CVS Drug Store. Go approx 3 miles tosubdivision on right.

MAPLEWOOD RUN: From Raleigh to I40 East to exit 312. Right onto 42, left onto 1010 at CVS Drug store. Approx. 8 miles to sub-division on right.

MOSS CREEK VILLAGE: From Raleigh: I40 East,take Exit 309 - 70East to Exit 320 to Clayton, Left on 42E, approx 1.5 miles to Lefton Winding Wood Dr. From Clayton: Hwy. 42W to Left on Winding Wood Drive.

PALMETTO PLACE: From Raleigh, 70 E Business to Clayton, left on 42 toward Wilson, cross Neuse River, follow signs towardsflowers plantation Visitor Center, turn left into Village, follow Flowers Parkway and turn left on Beckwith Ave, last street onLeft(Duffy St.) 5th home on right.

PINEVILLE WEST: Hwy 70E Business thru Clayton. Turn Left onto Hwy 42E. Cross the Neuse River, continue past the Food Lion.Turn Left onto Flowers Parkway into the Villages at Pineville. Turn Left onto Josiah Drive into Pineville West. Parade Home on Right.

POPLAR SPRINGS: Take Hwy 210 West towards Angier, cross Interstate 40 go to the 2nd stoplight, turn right onto Old FairgroundRd., turn Left onto Honeycutt Rd., just before the stop sign turn right onto Melanie Lane, go to the 2nd street turn Right, this is KingMackeral Court, it will be the last house on the left.

PORTOFINO: From Smithfield take Hwy 70 Bus. West turn right on Hwy 42 East, go five miles, Portofino is on the right. FromWilson, take Hwy 42 West, cross over Buffalo Rd and Portofino will be on the left. From Raleigh, take I-40 E to Hwy 70 East, takeHwy 70 East through Clayton, make a left onto Hwy 42 East, Portofino is five miles on right. From North Raleigh take I-540 Eastmerge onto US-264/US-64 toward Wilson/Rocky Mount. Exit at Smithfield Rd. exit and take a right on Smithfield Rd. SmithfieldRoad becomes Pritchard,make a left on Covered Bridge Road. At Buffalo Road make a right. At Hwy 42 make a right , Portofino willbe on the left.

RIVERWOOD ATHLETIC CLUB: Hwy 70E Business into Clayton. Turn Left onto Shotwell Road. Turn Right onto Covered Bridge.Follow Covered Bridge. Turn Left at stop sign and continue on Covered Bridge. Cross the river. Follow the signs to RiverwoodAthletic Club. Turn Left onto Prichard Road. Turn Left onto Athletic Club Boulevard into Riverwood Athletic Club. Enter circle, bearRight onto Charleston, left onto Mantle and Parade home is on corner of Mantle and Mattingly.

TAFT WOODS WEST: Hwy 70E Business thru Clayton. Turn Left onto Hwy 42E. Cross the Neuse River. Turn Left onto the NeuseRiver Parkway. Continue on Parkway. Turn Right onto Motorcycle Road. Turn Left onto Dunmore Drive into Taft Woods West. Homeon Left.

TUSCANY: From I-40, take Exit 306 to Hwy 70 East - towards Clayton. Proceed on Hwy. 70 to left on Hwy. 42 east. Drive just over 4miles and Tuscany is on the right. Turn right into community on Tuscan Ridge Road.

WALKERS RIDGE: 40 East to US 70 Bypass (Exit 309), Take Ranch Road Exit, bottom of ramp (stoplight) take Right onto RanchRoad, continue to Stop Sign and take Left onto Lee Road, travel to Stop Sign and take Right on Hwy. 1010 (Cleveland School Road),approximately ¼ mile take Left on Polenta Road, 1 mile take Left onto Freedom Road, 1 mile take Right into Walker RidgeSubdivision on Long Grass Drive, Right on Longwood Drive, Right on Bluestone Drive.
