Example 1
The client has a 12 year old log boiler with copper coils and exhaust ventilation.It was suggested to replace the wood boiler and install heat recovery systems.These measures were implemented with positive results.
Example 2
A community center contacted the energy and climate advisor about having high electricity consumption, despite heating with wood pellets. The advisor visited the center and suggested a number of improvements, including better insulation, turning off the electrical back-up boiler during the summer, and change from circulator pump to variable speed pump. Some of the suggested changes were implemented.
