RESOLUTION NO. 14 Series of 2011

Presented for consideration is the Annual General Fund Budget of the Municipality of Lantawan for CY 2011 in the sum of P70,775,518.00.

NOW THEREFORE, On motion of Honorable Kasim L. Hatibbon duly seconded by all Members present, it was;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to enact the following Appropriation Ordinance, to wit;

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01Series of 2011

APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 01, 2011 TO DECEMBER 31, 2011.

Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan ng Lantawan, Province of Basilan that the Municipal Annual General Fund Budget covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2011 in the sum of SEVENTY MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTEN PESOS (P70,775,518.00) is hereby approved, summarized as follows:

RESOLVED FURTHER, to submit copies of this Resolution with the approved budget as embodied in the Appropriation Ordinance to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for review.
