WELCOME TO OUR CREATIVE COMMUNITY
REDirection Media Inc’s (RED Media) mission is to “revolutionize the
industry and eternally change the heart of society through media, arts, and
fashion.” Through our instructional divisions; Drum Production Co, and
Inspire Studios and Media Camp; we are able to serve the creative
community at-large with industry professionals.
As a media company, we are the preeminent choice in music, television,
film and stage. Using our unique business model, we are also able to offer
branding and media services/consulting to individuals, small businesses
and corporations. We also provide life-changing products from all
spectrums of the media industry, from music to books. Simply put, we are
committed to presenting an alternative choice in media and arts.
We know the importance of creating a “Sowing Cycle”. By creating a “sow
as we grow” environment, we breed a new generation of creative leaders
who are trained and equipped to always leave a legacy behind. By using
this model, the creative community
never dies.
OUR CREATIVE COMMUNITY IS BORN
Drum Production Co was founded in September 2009
Inspire Media Camp was founded in January 2011
Inspire Studios was founded in July 2011
Is There A Contract?
There is no need to sign a contract. Families continue with our school based
on satisfaction and not on contracts. We believe in great customer service
and great relationships! Paying your tuition the month before you are
scheduled to take class reserves your slot and time that is most convenient
for your family. If you would like to continue class, then continue to pay your
tuition.
Tuition Due Dates
Tuition is due on the 15th of the month before students are scheduled to
take class. For example, students participating in class in May, will pay
his/her tuition on April 15th.
Inclement Weather
Classes will be made up on our scheduled “off weeks” (usually the 4th week
of the month). For instance, if all Tuesday classes were cancelled due to
snow, then most likely, we will make up the Tuesday class during the last
week of the following month. Every student will come at his/her regularly
scheduled time.
Refund Policy
All tuition and all fees are non-refundable. Credits will be given if there is a
cancellation and no substitute teacher or alternative class can be provided. If
a student misses a class, then class cannot be made up. Our rates are the
most economical due to our relationship with the Eubie Blake Cultural
Center, a 501 (c) (3). In order to keep the cost of tuition low, everyone follows
that same schedule.
Frequency of Class
Students will take (1) one hour session each week for three weeks in the
month. Students take a one week break from class each month for practice
time away from class, as well as lesson planning time for our instructors. This
break off are also used as make up days during inclement weather.
REDirection Media Inc and its instructional divisions (Drum Production Co and
Inspire Studios & Media Camp) admits all participants and does not discriminate on
the basis of race, color, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national and ethnic
origin, disability to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally
accorded or made available to participants or interested parties.

PAVE YOUR OWN WAY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
In order for an artist to survive in the Arts, Drum Production Co believes that
every creative person must at least have a general knowledge of business. The
“Pave Your Own Way” Entrepreneurship Program was created so that students
could have the opportunity to raise funds for their own individual scholarship.
This effort is a partnership between the instruction divisions of REDirection
Media, Inc and The Creative Ambassador Parent Association (The CAP
Association).

COMMUNITY PARTNERS
The Eubie Blake National Jazz and
Cultural Center is our ongoing partner. As
a 501 (c) (3), it houses different arts
programs such as Raynfall Dance and
Keur Khaleyi African Dance Company to
name a few. It is through the center’s
nurturing support and Executive Director
Troy Burton’s leadership that arts
programs in Baltimore are still alive.
Because of the center’s continued
commitment to give back, programs are
able to offer the Arts at an economical
price without affecting the quality of
service. All of our classes are held at
the Eubie Blake Cultural Center.

Mark and Tova Baker joined together as husband and wife and
the rest is history. They realize that their purpose is to fulfill their mission
of sharing good news and hope that the world is missing.
Previously, Mark & Tova spent years in Los Angeles learning about
business, music & the film industry. Mark played at major venues such
as the Whiskey, Key Club, House of Blues, The Michelle Wright Show,
and The Roxy, to name a few. He was also known as the band member
from SE7VEN and Downrising. Formerly, he served as Music Director
for Brooke Valentine and Teedra Moses. Tova began her career in
production in Los Angeles with T’Keyah Crystal Keymah’s one woman
show and then Black Entertainment Television (Celebration of Gospel &
BET Awards). She also worked at Jamie Foxx’s management company,
King Management. That led to her doing script analysis from time to
time, which included “Ray” the movie. She also spent time in the
advertising sales industry during her tenure with Black Enterprise
Magazine and other well-known publications. Tova also penned the
novel Lady B. Moore, which she published under her own publishing
company. Her book is the first of a new genre of fiction called “real-life
lit”.
They are both natives of Baltimore, MD. Most importantly over
everything, they are proud parents of two daughters. Their oldest sings,
plays the piano, and is on the Honor Roll. She is a student within their
program. Their youngest dances and sings at the tender age of 2.
They are humbled to be of service. They hope to make an impact on the
community in which they reside, and to inspire the world---one person,
one purpose at a time.

Creative Ambassadors are generally known as “Artists”. An artist is a person
who produces works in any of the arts that are primarily subject to aesthetic
criteria. Being that aesthetics are based on pure emotion and we create
based on inspiration from God and the teachings of the Bible, then we call
those who produce creative material within RED Media Creative
Ambassadors. This program is offered complimentary in addition to general
lessons as a part of the overall program. The program is mentor-based.
Students must "Opt In" or "Opt Out" to participate. This
curriculum is not mandatory. We respect all of our student’s
religious beliefs, and ensure that all students feel appreciated, nurtured, and
loved.
Students who opt –in will be exposed to the following:
• The understanding of how to take care of his/her gift properly
• Use of his/her gift to offer it as service
• Inspirational words and scriptures to reflect upon
• Prayer
• Being true to who he/she is created to be
• Being a good steward of his/her gift; within his/her home, family, and
community
• The process of being an innovator and trailblazer
