As Student Services faculty, we strive to develop these skills in our every day work throughout the year, independent of specific job role, duties, and goals. All of these skills, when well developed and thoroughly applied, assist us in successfully completing our job duties, accomplishing our annual goals, and provide us with tools to pursue our unit and our division’s strategic goals for serving students well.
