This has reference to your letter dated April 13, 2010 requesting information regarding theapplication of Mr. Young with the Office.The following are your questions together with our response.

1. Whether or not there is an application of patent of Ballot Secrecy Folder in favor of OTCPaper Supply.Please be informed that application filed with our Office is an application for utility modelregistration for an "Improved File Folder" filed by Mr. Henry Young on February 10, 2010which appears to correspond to the Ballot Secrecy Folder in question.

2. If there is, when was it filed?t'/The said utility model registration application was filed on February 10, 2010 and was

assigned UM Application No. 2-2010-000050.Has it been approved?The said application was published in the IPO e-Gazette (www.ipophil.gov.ph) on March 15,2010. This date shall be the date of registration provided no opposition will be filed againstits registration within two (2) months or by May 15,2010. Afterwhich the said applicationshall be issued its Certificate of UM Registration.Can we have a copy of the application for patent?Please be informed that the certified true copy presented to us by your representative to ourOffice this morning is a photo copy of the certified true copy of the said application forregistration as issued by our Office.Can we have a copy of the specifications?The copy of the specification is already included in the certified true copy mentioned above.
