Our four bedroom villa on the Hampton Lakes resort is set in the peaceful rolling hills to the south-west of Orlando, yet is only a short distance from the major attractions of central Florida, with Disney World just 15 minutes drive away. Being privately owned and rented exclusively by us you will be guaranteed to receive an outstanding service.

Set on a large corner plot this near 2000sq ft fully air-conditioned home will accommo-date 8 people with ease. The villa has 2 spacious living areas, a formal dining area, a large open plan kitchen, 2 double en-suite bedrooms plus 2 twin bedrooms and a total of 3 bath-rooms.

The 28x15ft pool and spa has a large screened deck with plenty comfortable chairs and recliners to relax on, plus a gas barbe-que grill. At night the underwater floodlighting can illuminate both pools. A child safety a fence is in place across the deck. The pools can be heated (for an additional charge) during with winter months.
