Peterbilt Received volume quantities of parts from plastics supplier on the West

Coast. Warehousing, kitting, sequencing, and delivery of plastic interior trim parts. Received production requirements from the assembly plant. Picked and packed kits for each truck. Loaded kits in sequenced order based on production schedule.

PBR/Bosch Just in time raw materials and returnable dunnage management. Plant ran on 3 hours inventory and sent pull signals to our warehouse every

3 hours for the next 3 hours of production 24/7. Delivered raw materials every three hours based on production.

John Deere Warehoused component parts for skid steer assembly plant in Loudon, TN. Many of the larger components were sequenced then sequence loaded to
