Where will I be parking this year?All parking is re-assigned each year based onrank in the Wolfpack Club. If a donor has a pref-erence for a certain space or area, it is stronglyencouraged that he/she make a clear requeston the application when ordering parking.Please pay close attention to the Projected RankCutoffs for the various parking lots when mak-ing this request. It is also encouraged that thedonor make more than one request, in case thefirst choice is not available. Please be very spe-cific. Do not leave anything up for interpretation.Note: Parking permits will not be assignedbased on Wolfpack Club rank without an orderfor season tickets. Remember, donors are en-couraged to make requests on their applicationto avoid being parked in a location that mightnot be desirable.

Other Important Questions and Facts

If I parked in an area last year, will I automatically get it again this year? Not necessarily. All parking is reassigned each year at the Wolfpack Club. Allorders are put in rank order, and then assigned. If a donor would like to parkin a location from a previous year, it is strongly encouraged that he/she makea clear request indicating any parking preferences. It is best not to assumethat this will automatically occur. If the rank of the donor qualifies for a certainarea, then the Wolfpack Club will assign the parking space accordingly.

Parking with other Wolfpack Club MembersParking in groups is most definitely allowed. In order to have your parking as-signed in a group, make sure that all the requests are coordinated together.Each person’s application should have the identical information, including:

1. The ticket numbers of each person in the group.2. The name that is listed on each person’s application.3. The rank for each person in the group.4. Any parking requests.

It is highly recommended that groups pay close attention to the ProjectedRank Cutoffs when selecting groups. Remember, in group parking, the en-tire group is assigned on the person with the highest (not best) rank. If agroup wants to park in a certain area, but one member of the group mightnot qualify for that area, decide if it is more important to park together, orto park in a certain area. If location is most important, the person that mightweigh the group down might have to park on their own.

Islands and Grassy AreasThe demand for islands and grassy areas has increased in the pastseveral years. As a result, qualifying for these highly desired areas gets

tougher and tougher every year. When requestingislands or grassy areas, it is highly recommended thatdonors:

1. Submit more than one request, in case the firstchoice is not available.

2.Indicate which is most important: an island/grassyarea or proximity to the stadium; realizing that, bychoosing proximity, it might mean giving up an islandor grassy area.

What if I need handicapped or close proximity parking?Donors with official state handicapped permits may apply for one of the of-ficial designated handicapped spaces surrounding Carter-Finley Stadium.Please include a copy of the state permit and proof of ownership of the per-mit with the order. Note: If official designated handicapped spaces are ex-hausted, the donor will be assigned in the next best available location withconsideration to their handicapped parking request. This may result in anassignment of Cardinal Gibbons High School, where handicapped pa-

trons and their guests can ride a shuttle to and from thestadium.

Donors without an official state issued permit, butneeding assistance, may use the request area on theback of the ticket application to ask for considerationwhen parking spaces are assigned. Note: if close prox-imity spaces are exhausted, patrons may be placed inCardinal Gibbons. From there, a shuttle can be taken toand from the stadium for handicapped patrons andtheir guests.

What if I order more parking spaces than what I qualify for?Before placing an order for parking, please pay close attention to the Pri-ority Parking Limits associated with the different giving levels in the Wolf-pack Club. A donor will be charged for all parking that is ordered when theapplication is submitted. All non-priority parking passes ordered will be as-signed to a different lot from a donor’s priority parking space. There is nota guarantee that all non-priority parking will be available. In the event thata donor does not qualify for a parking pass, a full refund will be given.

Trinity, TX, and Gibbons LotsTo increase the number of parking spaces available for donors, the WolfpackClub may rent the Trinity, TX, and Cardinal Gibbons Lots. These lot are con-sidered to be “reserved” parking. This means that even though it is not num-bered, only cars with designated permits will be allowed in. Note: if a donor’srank is above 7,200, one can expect to park in one of these lots.

Motorhome ParkingMotorhome parking is assigned the same way as regu-lar parking: by rank in the Wolfpack Club. At the sametime, the size of the motorhome is taken into account.Motorhome permits will count as a donor’s priority park-ing space. There are only 47 motorhome spaces. If adonor does not qualify for motorhome parking, a refundwill be given. Detailed applications will be mailed to alldonors who order motorhome parking on the footballticket application, asking for information such as mo-torhome length and width. Every effort will be made to ac-commodate each donor with respect to the priority sys-tem and their motorhome specifications.

How can Wolfpack Club members maximize their footballrank for parking?Throughout the year, donor ranks are constantly changing in the WolfpackClub. One thing to remember is that the last day for giving to affect footballparking is always March 1st. After that date, ranks are frozen. Therefore, itis a good idea to get as much of your donations into the Wolfpack Club bythis date. Even if you just pledge your annual gift, you will receive points to-wards your rank. If donations come in to the Wolfpack Club after March 1st,they will not be counted towards your 2010 football rank. So remember, thelast day for giving to affect football parking is always March 1st.
