Parents of the Stars..... Team dinners will begi n on November 17th. We will have 6 dinners during the regular seas on and then will schedule as appropriate during the pl ay-offs. Each family i s assigned to one of t he dinners. If you are unable to make your assigned date, please arrange a trade wi th another family. If you are not able to help on the evening of your dinner, you may arrange to make something ahead and deliver it to the lead family or, if enough people are preparing t he meal, you can off er to pay for your shar e instead. The cost could range from $25-$3 5 per family. Remember your chil d is eating 6 meal s. It is greatly appreciated by each of them! The first family listed is the lead family for that date. The lead family should contact each family on your list by phone or e-mail to organize your dinner. Each group decides on its own menu including beverages (usually water and milk). We try to have a r elatively healthy me al. We've had everything fr om sub- sandwiches to tacos to lasagna to broasted chick en. You will be feeding 32 players and up to 5 coaches. I have been made aware of a food allergy for one of the players. It includes all nuts and nut relat ed products. This is especially important to remember in planning your dessert menu !  NOTE: The food allergy list for team members includes all forms of nuts, nut oils and related  products (peanut butter). Thank you for your sensitivi ty to these allergies as you prepare your dishes. Please plan to arrive at Xavier High School by 4:15 pm to set-up and be ready to serve the meal at 5:00 pm. Your meal should already be cooked and hot. There are ovens to keep items warm. Yo u may arrive earlier if you need to do some prep work ahead of time. Arrive at the main entrance in the circle. We will be using the Xavier foods room to prepare and serve the meal w ith the team eating in the commons. It is located on the back side of the cafeteria/commons, next to the kitchen. Clean-up will als o be required. Paper plates, cups, utensils and napkins w ill be provided by the team. You should plan on being there no later than 6:15 pm.  The supplies will be in a rubber maid container and will be in the room for you. When you are finished, please send the container home with Jack Gloss or Max Mantey if Jack is not available. Thank you to everyone for pitching in to prepar e and serve these meals! It is wonderful to see the players interacting and getting to know each other better when they are off the ice! Team dinners will begin on November 17th. We will have 6 dinners during the regular season and thenwill schedule as appropriate during the play-offs. Each family is assigned to one of the dinners. If you areunable to make your assigned date, please arrange a trade with another family. The costcould range from $25-$35 per family. Remember your child is eating 6 meals. It is greatly appreciated byeach of them!
