THEFeeUnitsAct1997�provides�for�automatic�changes�in�Government�fees�and�charges�in�accordance�with�movements�in�the�Hobart�Consumer�Price�Index�(CPI).�The�Fee�Units�Act�also�provides�for�more�adjustments�to�be�made�on�the�basis�of�factors�other�than�movements�in�the�CPI�through�a�fee�unit�adjustment�factor.In�accordance�with�section�5�of�the�Fee�Units�Act,�the�value�
of�a�fee�unit�is�increased�by�the�CPI�increase�and�for�2010-11�will�be�$1.36.
In�accordance�with� section�5(4)�of� the�Fee�Units�Act,� I�have�determined�the�fee�unit�adjustment�factor�for�2010-11�to�be�zero.
In�determining�the�value�of�the�fee�unit�adjustment�factor,�it�was� considered� that� there�were� no� special� factors� that�would�warrant� the� discounting� of� the� increase� in� the� value� of� a� fee�unit�in�2010-11�below�the�CPI�increase.

IN ACCORDANCE with section 30(1) of the Dangerous Substances (Safe Handling) Act 2005 (the Act), and under delegation from the Secretary of the Department of Justice, I, Roy Ormerod, General Manager of Workplace Standards Tasmania, following consultation with the occupier, classify each of the facilities listed below as a major hazard facility.
